Study On The Equalization Of Basic Health Services Between Urban And Rural Areas In Wuhan

In the 21 st century,people’s health is a key element for national rejuvenation and social stability,and the most important part of people’s health is attributed to the development of basic public health.Disease prevention and treatment of urban and rural residents directly affect all aspects of social development.It is very important to establish a basic public health service system covering all the residents.However,many problems have been exposed in the process of equalization basic public health services in urban and rural areas.With the rapid GDP growth,the development of urban and rural basic public health services has not kept pace with the economic growth.Due to long-term dependence on the support of medical and public health personnel and facilities and equipment in urban centers,the compensation mechanism of urban and rural basic public health service system has been tilted and unbalanced,and the problem of doctors and patients in urban and rural areas has become more and more serious.The emergence of this problem has also led us to recognize the importance of a sound basic public health service system for urban and rural equalization.In this paper,through summarizing the current basic public health current situation,to balance urban and rural basic public health services in Wuhan hardware facilities,convenient degree,human resources,improved system from several aspects to carry out the analysis,made in the fiscal investment,system security,network construction,the basic way of medical enterprise solutions,and the overall supply service facilities,funding sources,prevention and treatment of infectious diseases,pregnant women,children’s health care.But under preliminary achievements also exposed some problems,such as grants equal criteria necessary funding problems,the medical personnel and structure problem,the construction of network problem uneven,medical equipment,through analyzing the cause of the main problems,to find effective to promote the development of Wuhan equal basic public health services reasonable countermeasures and Suggestions.Wuhan urban and rural basic public health service has made some achievements,but there are still not in the standard of the functions of the government at all levels clear,in scientific financial allocation and stock funds,according to still have room to improve efficiency,facilities personnel under the integration of public health service system should play a bigger role,transfer coordination gap to ensure basic medical spending effort is needed.By finding the causes of the above problems,this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions for promoting the balanced supply of urban and rural basic public health services in Wuhan city,hoping to have research significance for the balanced development of urban and rural areas.
