Clinical Observation Of Zhenwu Decoction And Wuling Powder In Treating Obesity-related Hypertension With Yang Deficiency And Water Stopping Syndrome

Objective: Observe the clinical efficacy of Zhen wu decoction combined with Wuling San in the Treatment of Obesity-related hypertension yang deficiency and water retention.Methods: Eighty patients with obesity-related hypertension who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group according to Doll's table,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine.Treatment group in the control group on the basis of Zhen wu decoction combined with Wuling San treatment.Both groups received 2 courses of treatment continuously,each course of treatment was 2 weeks.The changes of TCM syndrome score,blood pressure,body weight,waist circumference and blood lipid before and after treatment were observed.Results:1.TCM syndrome score and efficacy:there was no significant difference in TCM syndrome score between the two groups before treatment.The score of TCM syndrome in both groups decreased significantly after treatment(P<0.05),and the decrease was more significant in the treatment group compared with the control group(P <0.05).The total effective rate of TCM syndrome was 85.00% in the treatment group and 62.5% in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Blood pressure:there was no significant difference in SBP and DBP between the two groups before treatment.After treatment,SBP and DBP decreased significantly in both groups(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the decrease of SBP was more obvious in the treatment group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the decrease of DBP between the two groups(P>0.05).The total effective rate of blood pressure was 90.00% in the treatment group and 75% in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.BMI in and waist circumference:there was no statistically significant difference in BMI and waist circumference between the two groups before treatment.After treatment,both BMI and waist circumference were significantly reduced in both groups(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,both BMI and waist circumference decreased more significantly in the treatment group(P<0.05).4.Blood lipid:before treatment,there was no significant difference in TG,TC,LDL-C and HDL-C between the two groups.After treatment,TG,TC and LDL-C in the treatment group were significantly reduced(P<0.05),and HDL-C was significantly increased(P<0.05),while there was no significant change in the control group(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,TG,TC and LDL-C levels decreased more after treatment,while HDL-C levels increased more significantly.Conclusion: Zhenwu decoction combined with Wuling San can effectively improve the TCM syndrome of patients with Obesity-related hypertension yang deficiency and water retention,At the same time of lowering blood pressure,it can also lose weight,reduce waistline,and can effectively improve the level of lipid metabolism of patients,the overall clinical efficacy is significantly better than the conventional western medicine treatment.
