The Clinical Observation Of Modified Zhenwu Decoction For Chronic Heart Failure-Yang Deficiency And Water Flooding Type

Objective:To observe the effect of Zhenwu Decoction on TCM syndrome score,heart function grading and NT-proBNP in patients with Chronic Heart Failure-yang deficiency and water flooding type before and after treatment,observe the clinical efficacy.Methods:The 30 patients who met the inclusion criteria were all from the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine to the third Department of cardiovascular disease from March 2017 to January 2018.The self control method before and after treatment is adopted in this experiment.All patients continued to take conventional western medicine,including ACEI,ARB,vasodilators,beta-blockers,diuretics,digoxin,etc.In addition to their standard treatments for heart failure,all patients also received additional Zhenwu Decoction prescription.All patients were told that taking the prescription 1 dose daily,2 times daily,150ml each time,half an hour after breakfast and dinner for a total of 4 weeks.Observe the TCM symptom scores,heart function grading,and NT-proBNP changes before and after treatment in patients,and to evaluate the clinical efficacy.Results:1.In the effect of TCM syndrome,the total effective rate of 30 patients after treatment is 83.33%,of which 11 cases are markedly effective,14 cases are effective,5 cases are invalid,and 0 cases are aggravated.The total score of TCM syndrome decreased significantly after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.With regard to heart function grading,the total effective rate after treatment was significantly higher than that before treatment.The total effective rate was 86.67%,of which 8 cases were markedly effective,18 cases were effective,4 cases were invalid,and 0 cases were aggravated.3.The level of NT-proBNP after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.In the follow-up period,at the end of the trial(90±2)days,4 patients were hospitalized with chronic heart failure,and 1 patients were hospitalized for acute myocardial infarction,and the rehospitalization rate was 13.33%.Conclusion:1.Zhenwu Decoction can improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients with chronic heart failure-yang deficiency and water flooding type.2.Zhenwu Decoction can improve heart function of patients with chronic heart failure-yang deficiency and water flooding type.3.Zhenwu Decoction can effectively reduce the level of NT-proBNP of patients with chronic heart failure-yang deficiency and water flooding type.
