Clinical Observation Of Zhenwu Decoction Combined With Auricular Point Pressing Seeds In The Treatment Of Essential Hypertension(Yang Deficiency And Water Flooding Syndrome)

Objective:To observe the effect of Zhenwu Decoction plus and minus combined with auricular point pressing seed on blood pressure level,total antihypertensive effect,homocysteine level and TCM syndrome score in patients with essential hypertension(yang deficiency and water overtype),and to evaluate its effectMethods:From March 2019 to December 2019,74 inpatients with essential hypertension(yang deficiency and water invasion)were selected from the second Department of cardiovascular department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of traditional Chinese medicine Randomly divided into two groups,the control group(Western medicine conventional treatment)37 cases,the treatment group(Western medicine conventional treatment+Zhenwu Decoction plus and minus combined auricular point pressing seeds)37 cases.The course of treatment was 14 days Before and after treatment,the blood pressure,24-hour ambulatory blood pressure,total antihypertensive effect,blood homocysteine and TCM syndrome score of the two groups were observed and recorded.Spss23.0 statistical software was used for data analysis to evaluate the clinical effect of this trial.Results:1.After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.29%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 83.33%Compared with the control group,the effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Comparison of blood pressure in two groups:after treatment,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in two groups decreased in different degrees compared with before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);between groups,the effect of blood pressure reduction in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)3.Comparison of 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure in the two groups after treatment,24-hour ambulatory blood pressure in the two groups decreased in different degrees compared with that before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);between groups,the treatment group was better than the control group in controlling blood pressure level(P<0.01),the difference was significant4.Blood homocysteine level comparison between the two groups:after treatment and before treatment,the blood homocysteine level of the two groups were significantly lower,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);after treatment,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)5.Comparison of TCM symptom scores of the two groups:after treatment,the TCM symptom scores of the two groups were reduced to different degrees,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);the decline of TCM symptom scores of the treatment group was more significant than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01)Conclusion:1.Zhenwu decoction combined with auricular point pressing seed can effectively improve the total efficacy of hypotension in patients with primary hypertension(yang deficiency and water flooding syndrome),and reduce the consulting room blood pressure and 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure2.Zhenwu decoction combined with auricular point pressing seed can effectively reduce the level of blood homocysteine in patients with essential hypertension(yang deficiency and water flooding syndrome)3.Zhenwu decoction combined with auricular point pressing seed can effectively improve the TCM symptoms of patients with essential hypertension(yang deficiency and water flooding syndrome).
