Clinical Study On Treating Diabetic Nephropathy Edema By Flexible Using Zhenwu Decoction And Wuling Decoction

ObjectiveThis study emphatically from the aspects of Chinese Medicine(TCM)treatment,by treating and observing the characteristics of Diabetic kidney disease(DKD)edema patients(60 cases)with the syndrome of wet stasis based on Yang deficiency,aims to observe and confirm the effect combining western medicine foundation treatment and flexible using Wuling(???)decoction and Zhenwu(???)decoction treated the DN edema patients with the syndrome of wet stasis based on Yang deficiency.Provide new clinical basis and enrich and explore new idea for DKD treatment.MethodsChosen the DKD edema patients with the syndrome of wet stasis based on Yang deficiency who treated in our hospital 60 cases,using a strict prospective?double-blind and randomized divided into the treatment group and the control group,patients in each group were 30 cases.The control group(30 cases)were given Cefuroxime Sammy po,40mg each time,bid on the basic treatment of control blood pressure?blood glucose and blood lipid.The treatment group(30 cases)flexible combining Wuling decoction and Zhenwu decoction at the same basic treatment with the control group.After 2 weeks treatment,detection of two groups before and after treatment of swelling degree?clinical sytpom?safety indicators?relevant laboratory examination indexes.At last,using SPSS22.0 software to analysis the data of this study.records of patient with adverse reactions and relevant laboratory examination indexes in 2 weeks.ResultsThe results showed that the total effective rate of TCM group was 83.3%,the total effective rate of the control group was60.0%,the overall efficacy ofthe treatment group was significantly better than the control group.TCM syndrome integral of two groups before and after treatment,the diffence was significant(P<0.05),the treatment group was better than the control group.The laboratory examin-examination indexes:the level of blood glucose?24 hours urine protein.BUN and Scr had a drop in both.,the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).The safety indicators:two groups had not been found obvious adverse reactions and side effects.ConelusionOn the basic western medicine treatment,flexible using Wuling decoction and Zhenwu decoction to treat the DKD edema can significantly improve the clinical efficacy and TCM symptoms(Limb edema?chills?Urination?Shortness of breath and so on)in patients with the syndrome of wet stasis based on Yang deficiency,can reduce Fasting Plasma Glucose(FPG)?24 hours urine protein?BUN?Scr.
