Clinical Study Of Zhenwu Decoction In Treating Patients With Yang Deficiency-Water-Generalized Chronic Heart Failure

Objective:To observe the effect of Zhenwu decoction on the cardiac function,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),brain natriuretic peptide(BNP),TCM syndrome score,Lee's score and other factors in patients with Yang deficiency and general chronic heart failure.To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Zhenwu Decoction for the treatment of Yang Deficiency and water-induced chronic heart failure.Methods: From January 2019 to December 2019,116 patients with Yang Deficiency and General Chronic Heart Failure who were hospitalized in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine were selected,including 67 males and 49 females.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and treatment group,with 58 people in each group.There was no statistical significance in the general conditions,cardiac function classification,and TCM symptom scores of the two groups of patients.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,including furosemide,digoxin,perindopril tert-butylamine tablets,metoprolol tartrate,spironolactone,etc.corresponding treatment for complications;The treatment group was treated with Zhenwu Decoction(composed of traditional Chinese medicine)based on the control group.Allpatients were treated for 3 weeks.The changes of brain natriuretic peptide(BNP),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),TCM syndrome score,Lee's score,and Chinese culture-modified Minnesota Heart Failure Quality of Life Scale(C-MLHF)were recorded before and after treatment.Result:(1)Comparison in BNP:The treatment group was better than the control group in reducing BNP,and the comparison between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);(2)Comparison of cardiac function :The treatment group was better than the control group in improving patients' cardiac function and LVEF,and the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);(3)Comparison of TCM syndrome scores : the treatment group was better than the control group in alleviating the symptoms of the patients,and the comparison between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);(4)Comparison in Lee's points:The treatment group was better than the control group in reducing Lee's points,and the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);(5)Comparison in LHFQ table : The treatment group was better than the control group in improving the quality of life of patients,and the comparison between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);Analysis of the safety of the treated patients showed no significant abnormalities in the groups before and after treatment.Conclusion : Zhenwu decoction can effectively alleviate the symptoms of patients,improve the heart function of patients,reduce the points of TCM syndrome and Lee's points,improve the quality of life of patients and no adverse drug reactions.
