Modified Wuling Powder In The Treatment Of Chronic Heart Failure With Yang Deficiency And Water Deficiency Clinical Observation Of Exhaustion

ObjectiveObjective To observe the curative effect of Jiawei Wuling powder on chronic heart failure with Yang deficiency and water,and to provide an effective treatment for this kind of disease.MethodsAccording to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,66 outpatients diagnosed as Yang deficiency water generalized chronic heart failure in Heilongjiang Provincial Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from February 2018 to October 2019 were collected.In a randomized controlled way,Jiawei Wuling powder was given,once a day,twice a day,half an hour after breakfast and dinner.The curative effect was evaluated after 4 weeks.The TCM syndrome score,NYHA,6min walking test,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),Lee’s heart failure score,N-terminal pro brain natriuretic peptide(NT proBNP)were compared between the two groups after treatment and before treatment.Blood routine,urine routine,stool routine,serum liver function and renal function were detected before and after treatment Its changesResults1.TCM symptom efficacy:after treatment,compared with before treatment,the total score of TCM symptoms in the two groups was significantly improved,P<0.05,with significant statistical difference;compared with the control group,P<0.05,there was significant statistical difference2.Cardiac function classification(NYHA):after treatment,cardiac function of the two groups were significantly improved,with significant statistical difference,P<0.05 Compared with the control group,the significant efficiency was significantly improved,with significant statistical difference,P<0.05;the total effective rate had no significant difference,P>0.053.Lee’s heart failure score.The curative effect of heart failure in the two groups was significantly improved after treatment.Compared with the control group,the total effective rate after treatment was significantly increased,with significant statistical difference,P<0.054.6min walking test:after treatment,6min walking distance of the two groups increased compared with that before treatment,P<0.05,with significant statistical difference;compared with the control group,the improvement was more obvious,P<0.05,with significant statistical difference5.Left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF):after treatment,compared with before treatment,LVEF of the two groups improved significantly,P<0.05,with significant statistical difference6.N-terminal pro brain natriuretic peptide(NT proBNP):after treatment,the NT proBNP value of the two groups was significantly improved,P<0.05,with significant statistical difference;compared with the control group,P<0.05,with significant statistical difference.Conclusion1.Modified Wuling powder can improve the clinical symptoms of chronic heart failure patients with Yang deficiency water2.Modified Wuling powder can improve the heart function of patients3.Modified Wuling powder can improve the expression of NT proBNP.
