Objective: By observing the morphology changes, the extent of damage,HE staining results and the changes of the contents of IL-1??IL-6 and e NOs with the detection of Elisa to explore protection mechanism of incomplete intestinal obstruction in rats with acupuncture. And through comparing the effects of Shangjuxu and Quchi on intestinal obstruction in rates, the differences of acupuncture points were explored. Methods: 50 SPF SD rats were randomly divided into blank group, sham operation group, modeling group,Shangjuxu group and Quchi group. After 72 h of treatment, the treatment group(Shangjuxu group and Quchi group)observed the pathological morphology of ileocecal mucosa tissue, intestinal mucosa injury score and the changes of the contents of IL-1??IL-6 and e NOs of rats.Results:1.Changes of morphology of ileocecal mucosa: compared with the blank control group, mucosal structure of ileocecal region was normal in sham operation group.and the control compared with the control group, the treatment group, the neurological function score building group were significantly increased, with significant difference statistically significant(P<0.01),compared between each building modules, there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05),shows that building success. After treatment of 72 h,the scores of each treatment group(acupuncture group, mild hypothermia group, acupuncture combined mild hypothermia group)were significantly decreased compared with the model group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).2.Changes of morphology of ileocecal mucosa: compared with the blank control group, mucosal structure of ileocecal region was normal in sham operation group.and mucosal structure of ileocecal region was damaged seriously in control group with a lot of inflammatory cells, infiltration of inflammatory cells, loss of a large number of goblet cells, many epithelial cells swelling, effusion, interstitial edema, and cells wih unclear boundary.compared with the control group,Thetreatment group(Shangjuxu group and Quchi group)has the protection of incomplete intestinal obstruction of rats fleocaecal mucosa, and the effect of reducing inflammation, edema, exudation. The degree of mucosal damage in Shangjuxu group is lower than Quchi group, which means that the protection of intestinal mucosa in Shangjuxu group is better than Quchi group.3.Changs of Serum Related inflammatory Factors: the content of inflammatory factors in the serum of treatment(Shangjuxu group and Quchi group)reduced significantly(P < 0.01),which shows that the treatment group can reduce the inflammatory reaction intestinal obstruction rats.Compares with Quchi group, the levels of IL-6,IL-1?and e NOs in serum of Shangjuxu group is significantly lower than Quchi group(P< 0.01 or P< 0.05),which is inferred to be related to the differeces of acupuncture points.Conclusion:1.The treatment group(Shangjuxu group and Quchi group)has the protection of incomplete intestinal obstruction of rats fleocaecal mucosa, and the effect of reducing the injury and inflammation.2.The effect of Shangjuxu group on reducing intestinal mucosal injury score and inhibiting the expression of e NOs,IL-1 ? and IL-6 in serum of model rats is stronger than that of Quchi group. It shows that in the treatment of intestinal diseases such as intestinal obstruction, the curative effect of Shangjuxu, the“Xiahe Point”as the Large intestine,is better than that of Quchi, the “He Point”of the large intestine meridian, which proves the specificity of the points and can be used as the basis for clinical acupoint selection.
