Object:In this research,all the volunteers are divided in to two groups-hexuematching acupoint group which includes QuChi,Shangjuxu and hemushu matchingacupoint group which includes Dachangshu,TianshuQuchi and Shangjuxu.After thetreatment for the functional diarrhea by needling these acupoints, collect the data ofweek-stool-frequency, stool traits, normal defecation integral maintenance time duringthe week of baseline,the second week,the fourth week,eighth week after beginning.Compare the diarrhea symptoms change of two groups after treatment.Then explorethe best co-treatment of functional diarrhea.Methods:There were57volunteers with functional diarrhea were included,withthe falling off in4cases. After the examination qualified, they were randomly dividedinto two groups,one group is treated by needling Quchi,Shangjuxu on both side,theother group is treated by needling Quchi,Shangjuxu,Tianshu,Dachangshu on one sideonce time and the other side next time,both groups use electro-acupuncture.Duringthe total treatment for4weeks, collect patients’ diary card and analysis data such asweek-stool-frequency times points excrement character points and normal defecationtime during each week to evaluate the effect of the treatment on the patients duringthe second week,fourth week,eighth week,then do observation on group therapeuticeffect on each group. Results:(1)The two groups were well balanced at baseline with great comp-arability(P>0.05);(2)After the treatment,the evaluation had significant difference (P<0.05) on week-stool-frequency, change of stool character and normal defecationduration among efficacy evaluation points;(3)There is significant differences betweentwo groups on stool changes (P <0.05)at the same efficacy evaluation point;Hexuematching acupoint group made a great significantly different (P <0.05)with Hemushumatching acupoint group on week-stool-frequency; Hemushu matching acupointgroup made a great significantly different (P <0.05)with Hexue matching acupointgroup on change of stool character.Conclusions:(1) Hexue matching acupoint group and Hemushu matchingacupoint group can improve the symptoms of diarrhea functionaldiarrhea.(2)Hemushu matching acupoint group can do more improvement than Hexuematching acupoint group on stool traits.(3)Hexue matching acupoint group can domore improvement than Hemushu matching acupoint group onweek-stool-frequency.(4)In a word,Hexue matching acupoint make a better effect thanHemushu matching acupoint group on group-diarrhea-symptoms integral.
