Objective:To observe the effect of the Xiaoqinglong Decoction and Yupingfeng Power on the content of TNF-? and the expression of TNF-? m RNA in nasal mucosa of allergic rhinitis rats by NF-kappa B signaling pathway,and reveal the mechanism of the Xiaoqinglong Decoction and Yupingfeng Power treating AR.Methods: 48 healthy male wistar rats were divided into 6 groups by randomized bocks design: normal group,AR model group,Forskolin(c AMP activator)group,H89(PKA inhibitor)group,PDTC(NF-kappa B inhibitor),and the Xiaoqinglong Decoction and Yupingfeng Power group,8 rats in each group.The AR rat model was made by the method of whole body sensitization and local attack.then we observed the improvement of the rat behavior index score(nose scratching,sneezing,runny nose),the content of TNF-? and the expression of TNF-? m RNA.The results were statistically analyzed.Results: 1.The comparison of behavior index of rats in each group after treatment: Forskolin intervention group and PDTC intervention group compared with model group had obvious difference,scratching nose,sneezing,running nose points are reduced.H89 intervention group had obvious difference in the number of scratching nose and sneezing times compared with model group,and it failed to improve the symptom of running nose.Xiaoqinglong Decoction and Yupingfeng Power group compared with model group had significant differences,and it can alleviate symptoms of allergic rhinitis rats.2.The test results of the content of TNF-?: the content of TNF-? of model group increased significantly compared with normal group.the content of TNF-? of Forskolin group reduced significantly compared with model group.the content of TNF-? of PDTC group significantly reduced compared with model group.the content of TNF-? of Xiaoqinglong Decoction and Yupingfeng Power group significantly reduced compared with model group.and the content of TNF-? of H89 group increased significantly compared with model group.3.The test results of TNF-?m RNA: the content of TNF-?m RNA of model group increased significantly compared with normal group.the content of TNF-?m RNA of Forskolin group reduced significantly compared with model group.the content of TNF-?m RNA of PDTC group significantly reduced compared with model group.the content of TNF-?m RNA of Xiaoqinglong Decoction and Yupingfeng Power group significantly reduced compared with model group.and the content of TNF-?m RNA of H89 group increased significantly compared with model group.Conclusion:The mechanism of the treatment of allergic rhinitis by the Xiaoqinglong Decoction and Yupingfeng Power group may inhibit the content of TNF-? and the expression of TNF-? m RNA by inhibition of NF-kappa B signaling pathway and excitatory c AMP-PKA signaling pathway.So it can alleviate the symptoms of allergic rhinitis rats,and the curative effect is distinct.
