Observation On The Clinical Effect Of Flying Needle Knife Lysis For The Treatment Of The Third Lumbar Vertebra Transverse Process Syndrome

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of flying needle knife lysis on the third lumbar transverse process syndrome.Methods: Sixty patients with third lumbar transverse process syndrome who met the inclusion criteria were divided into a treatment group and a control group according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with flying needle knife loosening,and the control group was treated with conventional needle knife loosening.They were all treated 3 times,once every 5 days.Before and after treatment,the two groups of patients were evaluated with pain visual simulation score,Oswestry dysfunction index score and JOA low back pain symptom score for symptoms,signs and daily living ability,followed up after 3 months,and then statistical analysis.Results: 1.The VAS scores of the two groups of patients after treatment were significantly lower than before treatment(P <0.05);and the treatment group was more significantly reduced than the control group(P <0.05).2.After treatment,the ODI scores of both groups were significantly lower than before treatment(P <0.05),and the reduction of the treatment group was more significant(P <0.01).3.The JOA scores of the two groups of patients were significantly higher than before treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group was more significantly than the control group(P<0.05).4.There is no significant difference in the total effective rate and recurrence rate of the short-term and long-term curative effect between the flying needle knife treatment group and the conventional needle knife control group(p> 0.05),but the flying needle knife group has better recent and long-term efficacy In the conventional needle knife group(P <0.05).5.There is no significant difference in safety between flying needle knife loosening and conventional needle knife loosening(P> 0.05).Conclusion: Flying needle knife loosening can effectively relieve the pain of the waist and legs of patients with third lumbar transverse process syndrome,improve the waist dysfunction,and improve the daily living ability of the patients,and its cure rate and obvious efficiency are significantly better than conventional needle knives Treatment is more worthy of clinical promotion and use.
