Observation Of The Clinical Effect Of Painless Flying Needle Knife Lysis In The Treatment Of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation

Objective: to observe the clinical curative effect of painless flying needle knife for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods: 60 patients with lumbar disc herniation who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into group A and group B,with 30 patients in each group.Group A was treated with painless flying needle-knife release,while group B was treated with conventional needle-knife release,which was treated once every 5 days for a total of 3 times.Before,after and 3 months after treatment,VAS(visual analogue pain score)and JOA(low back pain disorder)efficacy evaluation criteria were used to score the symptoms,signs and daily activity limitation of the patients before,during and after the clinical observation,and then statistical analysis was conducted.Results: 1.VAS scores of group A and B both decreased after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);Compared with group B,group A showed A more significant decrease,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01).2.JOA scores of group A and group B both improved after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01).The improvement in group A was more significant than that in group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).3.Comparison of efficacy index after treatment between groups A and B,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).4.After three months of follow-up,the total effective rate was 92.6% in group A and88.0% in group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The recurrence rate of group A was significantly lower than that of group B.5.The safety of the two groups was high,and the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion: the painless flying needle-knife release and conventional needle knife ntherapy can relieve pain in patients with lumbar disc prolapse of waist and leg ministry,all can improve the patient’s symptoms,signs and the limit of daily life activities,clinical curative effect is good,good security,but the painless flying needle-knife release is superior to the conventional needle knife therapy,and the curative effect is more stable,recurrence rate is lower and has priority to choose value.
