The Clinical Research Of Hook Needle For The Treatment Of The Third Lumbar Transverse Process Syndrome

Objective:Through the observation of hook neddle and Han Zhang needle knife treatment of lumbar transverse process syndrome three,according to VAS and JOA low back pain score were assessed for the comparison of the two effects,summarize the hook neddle release for the treatment of three lumbar transverse process syndrome clinical curative effect.Methods:The study adoptted randomized controlled method,from November 2015 to November 2016 in Shanxi Province,combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine hospital patients with pain of the hospital,a total of 40 cases,age from 20 to 64 years old,improve the relevant auxiliary examination after the patients who met the inclusion criteria,according to the Doll 's random number list method is divided into the hook neddle treatment group(A.Group),Han Zhang neddle kinef treatment group(B group),20 cases in each group.Using the above two methods of treatment,according to the VAS score and pain score and JOA score in patients with low back pain after admission and 1 weeks after treatment,one month and three months respectively,to observe the symptoms of the two groups of patients,clinical examination,activities of daily living ability(ADL)and the improvement of pain,and were analyzed by T test,the treatment effect between two methods.Results:1.The patients in the two groups in the age,gender,course of disease,the number of bilateral low back pain,the severity of low back pain,P > 0.05,no difference,in line with the experimental requirements;2.In the VAS pain score and JOA score of low back pain:(1)1 weeks after treatment,after treatment in one month and three months compared with before treatment,two groups of P < 0.05,there was statistical significance;(2)after 1 weeks of treatment,two groups of comparison,P > 0.05,there is no difference;(3)the treatment after one month,two compared with group P < 0.05,there are differences in the treatment;(4)after three months,the two group,P < 0.05,there are differences.Conclusion:1.The hook needle and Han Zhang needle knief therapy on the third lumbar transverse process syndrome significantly;2.The recent curative effect observation(1weeks),Han Zhang neddle kinef group treatment is better than hook needle.To observe the long-term curative effect,(3months),hook needle loosening effect is better than the HanZhang neddle kinef therapy.
