| Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of three-dimensional orthopedic manipulation and conventional manipulation in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy and the time to first improvement of symptom score,and compare the differences.Methods: According to the random number table method,72 patients cases of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy who met the inclusion criteria were allocated into the three-dimensional orthopedic manipulation group(observation group)and the conventional manipulation group(control group),with 36 people each group.The two groups of patients were treated once a day,7 days as a course of treatment,a total of 2 courses of treatment,and one day off during the course of treatment.The changes in pain scores and symptom scores before and after treatment were observed in two groups of patients,and the time points at which symptom scores first fell in the two groups were analyzed.The differences in clinical efficacy and time points at which symptoms scores were first improved were analyzed and compared.Results: A total of 67 patients completed the study of this topic.The VAS score and NPQ score of the two groups of patients were treated for a period of two weeks were significantly different from those of this group before treatment(P<0.01).By comparing the VAS scores and NPQ points after treatment in the two groups,the different between the observation group and the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the observation group was more advantageous than the control group.In the comparison of the time point of the first improvement of the symptom scores of patients in the two groups,the differences between the observation group and the control group was statistically significant on the first day and the second day(P<0.05),and the observation group was better than the control group.In terms of overall efficacy,the total effective rate of the three-dimensional orthopedic manipulation of the cervical spondylotic radiculopathy in the observation group was 96.96%,and the total effective rate of the conventional manipulation in the control group was 94.12%,the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P<0.05);In terms of recovery rate,the difference between the observation group and the control group was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion: Both three-dimensional orthopedic manipulation can effectively improvethe clinical symptoms of patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.The three-dimensional orthopedic manipulation has more advantages in improving the patient'ssymptom score and the time to obtain the effect. |
