Clinical Observation Of The Sun's Rotatory Manipulation About The Treatment Of The Spondylotic Radiculopathy

Background: Spondylotic radiculopathy is the most common disease in spinal clinic. Its incidence is working with the lifestyle change of modern life, and is becoming to be the most common disease.It can be predicted that as the increasing work pressure, the disease will bring enormous pressure and burden to individuals and the community.This article reviews the literature about the ratatory manipulation for SRC. It comments that the rotatory manipulation is a kind of TCM treatment for SRC on basic theory, clinical application, and the other problems. After the experiment and analysis, the author will advance his viewpoint about the manipulation in the clinical practice theory.Purpose: This experment surveys, analysis, carris on the comparion around the treatment of the cervical instability, then provides some data supports of the mechanism of manipulation on spondylotic radiculopathy and clinical research in future.Method: 50 patients (manipulation group 31, tract group 19) in Guangdong Hospital of TCM were selected into study, divided into 2 groups according the random distribution. Survey the horizontal displacement, angle displacement of the vertebral and each clinical symptom target aroud treatment. Inputting the parametet into the database, establishing SPSS database system, analysising the database by using statistical software and resulting the conclusion. Result: This observation demonstrates that the cervical instability has no remarkable difference between two groups around the treatment. It can't make the cervical instability restore the normal dissection structure. By the curative effect, the symptoms of two groups has remarkable difference after the treatment. In the comparison between two groups the manipulation group has better clinical effect.Conclusion: The the Sun's rotatory manipulation about the treatment of the spondylotic radiculopathy is better than the traction therapy. The mechanism of treatment of spondylotic radiculopathy in effect is not the role of the instability of the vertebral body's resetting.
