Observation On The Clinical Efficacy Of Reconciling Kidney Yin And Yang Method Combined With Acupuncture And Moxibustion Cycle Therapy In Treating Oligomenorrhea

Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of the method of harmonizing kidney Yin and Yang combined with acupuncture cycle therapy in the treatment of hypomenorrhea,and give a more objective clinical basis for the popularization and application of this therapy.Methods: 84 patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group by the method of random number table,8 cases were dropped in the observation group,while 9 cases in the control group.Eventually 34 cases were obtained in the observation group,while 33 cases were obtained in the control group The observation group was treated with the therapy of harmonizing kidney Yin and Yang combined with acupuncture cycle therapy(31cases),and the control group was treated with the general acupuncture aperiodic therapy(31cases).Both were treated once every other day,one menstrual cycle as a course of treatment,4 days off during the menstrual period,and three courses of treatment.The difference of menstrual volume score,menstrual period score and total score of TCM symptoms and signs between the two groups before and after treatment were observed,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated.Results:1.There was no significant difference in menstrual volume score,menstrual period score and total score of TCM symptoms and signs between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).2.After 3 periods of treatment,the menstrual volume score,menstrual period score,and TCM symptoms and signs total score of two groupsdecreased significantly(P<0.01),and the observation group was compared to the control group(P<0.05,P<0.05,P>0.05).3.The total effective rate of the observation group was 91.2%,which was better than that of the control group(81.8%)(P<0.05).Conclusion: The method of harmonizing kidney Yin and Yang combined with acupuncture cycle therapy is safe and effective in the treatment of hypomenorrhea,and can improve menstrual volume,menstrual period,and TCM symptoms and signs with high total effective rate.And the improvement of menstrual volume and menstrual period,clinical efficacy with the method of harmonizing kidney Yin and Yang combined with acupuncture cycle therapy is superior to the general acupuncture aperiodic therapy,which is worthy of clinical research.
