Obective:This study used nourishing the liver and kidney method to treat deficient of liver-yin and kidney-yin type hypomenorrhea due to DOR to observe its clinical efficacy.Methods:64 patients with hypomenorrhea caused by deficiency of liver-yin and kidney-yin type due to DOR were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group was given nourishing the liver and kidney method,and the control group was given sequential estrogen and progesterone therapy.Course of treatment:two groups were 1 menstrual cycles for 1 courses,a total of 3 courses of treatment.One patient in the treatment group during the study lost because she can not insisted on taken the Chinese medicine.Two patients in the control group during the study lost because they had not taken the drug on time.Result:1.The treatment group can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with hypomenorrhea caused by deficiency of liver-yin and kidney-yin type due to DOR,total clinical efficiency reach to 90.32%.The clinical effect is alike the control group.2.The treatment group can increase the menstrual flow of patients with hypomenorrhea caused by deficiency of liver-yin and kidney-yin type due to DOR,and there is a statistically significant difference compared with before treatment(P<0.05).The clinical effect is alike the control group.3.The treatment group can improve the TCM symptoms of patients with hypomenorrhea caused by deficiency of liver-yin and kidney-yin type due to DOR,and there is a statistically significant difference compared with before treatment(P<0.05).The clinical effect better than the control group.4.The treatment group can improve the serum FSH,FSH/LH,E2 levels of patients with hypomenorrhea caused by deficiency of liver-yin and kidney-yin type due to DOR,and there is a statistically significant difference compared with before treatment(P<0.05).5.When before and after treatment,the safety indexes of the treatment group were normal,and there were no obvious adverse reactions occurred.Conclusion:1.Nourishing the liver and kidney method can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with hypomenorrhea caused by deficiency of liver-yin and kidney-yin type due to DOR,The curative effect of the TCM symptoms is better than the control group,and the curative effect of the menstrual flow is alike the control group.2.Nourishing the liver and kidney method can improve the serum FSH,FSH/LH,E2 levels of patients with hypomenorrhea caused by deficiency of liver-yin and kidney-yin type due to DOR.3.Treatment of hypomenorrhea caused by deficiency of liver-yin and kidney-yin type due to DOR by nourishing the liver and kidney method is safe and reliable,no obvious adverse reactions.
