The Clinical Observation Of Auricular Point Sticking Therapy On The Kidney Deficiency Hypomenorrhea

Objective:To observe the clinicall effects of auricular point sticking therapy on the kidney deficiency hypomenorrhea.Methods:This topic selects the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University Of Chinese Medicine Department of gynaecology clinic of patients with kidney deficiency of 32 people.Through self control method, method of treatment with auricular point sticking.Selection of internal genital organs and endocrine, sympathetic, kidney, Shenmen, subcortex.Continuous treatment of 3 menstrual cycles, according to TCM symptoms score points change, to determine the efficacy.Results:1.In 32 patients healed in 6 cases (18.75%),10 cases (31.25%), effective in 12 cases (37.50%), invalid in 4 cases (12.50%), the total effective rate was 87.50%.Description of auricular plaster therapy in treating hypomenorrhea effect in the course of treatment in patients with no adverse reactions.2.Efficacy and age analysis:two groups of age at 20-30 years old and 30-40 years old were analyzed by statistical software, and there was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05). There is no correlation between age and curative effect.3.Efficacy and menstrual quantity relationship analysis:treatment before menstruation to reduce the amount of 1/3 of treatment in 2/3patients with more than the amount of menstruation reduce half of patients with curative effect (P< 0.05), indicating that reduce the amount of menstruation curative effect and there is a clear correlation.4.This research employed the self-control method, comparison of scores before and after treatment, before treatment:menstrual volume integral 3,00±1.05, menstruation color and quality score was 1.83±0.53, the integral time is 1.72±0.68,0.71±0.45 points for the Yaoxisuanruan, dizziness and tinnitus score 0.59±0.48, heel pain product were 0.59±0.48,0.62±0.48 points for urination, hand foot cold score was 0.77±0.41, the integral after treatment were 1.12±1.09,0.76±0.95,0.57±0.89,0.26±0.43,10.32± 0.46, 0.22±0.41,0.35±0.47,0.26±0.43, by contrast, can learn P<0.05, so we can come to the conclusion before and after treatment were significantly different.5.A month later,6 patients were followed up and no recurrence was found.Conclusion:1.Auricular plaster therapy can effectively treat hypomenorrhea.2.Auricular plaster therapy can improve the symptoms of kidney deficiency hypomenorrhea.3.Auricular plaster therapy is a reliable, convenient and effective treatment method, for the clinical treatment of hypomenorrhea provides a new train of thought, it is worth popularizing widely.
