The pregnancy rate、endometrial thickness and type in the day of HCG: there is no significant difference within the three groups (P>0.05).5. endometrial blood flow parameters (PI, RI):There was a significant difference between before treatment and after treatment in traditional Chinese medicine cycle therapy group, herbal cycle therapy together with clomiphene treatment (P<0.05); in group of Chinese medicine cycle therapy with clomiphene, there is no significant difference between before treatment and after treatment (P>0.05); compared to Chinese medicine cycle therapy group, there are significant differences in herbal cycle therapy together with clomiphene group and the clomiphene citrate co-Progynova group(P <0.05); there is no significant difference between Traditional Chinese medicine cycle therapy with clomiphene and traditional Chinese medicine group cycle therapy group(P>0.05).6. LFUS、OHSS incidence:there is significant difference between Traditional Chinese medicine cycle therapy and clomiphene citrate co-Progynova group(P<0.05):there is no group during the treatment that occur 0HSS.Conclusion1.Chinese medicine cycle therapy can significantly mitigate the Uncomfortable symptoms in patients; the effective of Chinese medicine cycle therapy together with clomiphene is better than western medicine alone (clomiphene together progynova).2. there is no significant difference between Traditional Chinese medicine cycle therapy and clomiphene citrate in the efficacy of promoting ovulation; There will be a better effect when the two drugs join together.3. There is no significant difference between Traditional Chinese medicine cycle therapy and progynova in improving endometrial thickness and type of clomiphene citrate ovulation induction cycle; However, traditional Chinese medicine cycle therapy can significantly improve the endometrial blood flow in the ovulatory cycles of clomiphene.4.
