Objective:Observation of Yongquan Acupoint Application on essential hypertension with morning blood pressure surge in blood pressure level, and Improvement of symptoms in patients with hypertension, To investigate the effects of compound Fructus evodiae powder byacupoint application technology and its clinical value, The initial formation of hypertension curative effect, simple operation, acupoint sticking treatment comprehensive intervention program.Method:60 cases of patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, two groups, each group of 30 cases. control group: According to the level of blood pressure were treated with grade 1 hypertension: Amlodipine 5mg Qd; hypertension 2, grade 3: Telfast 1 Qd. The blood pressure is still not ideal plus indapamide 2.5mg Qd. In treatment group and the control group the same Western medicine treatment based on the given Wuzhuyu Fufang powder Yongquan acupoint application, daily change medicine, treatment for 4 weeks, after the end of treatment to observe the curative effect and compared.Results:1. The treatment group and control group can significantly reduce the 24 hSBP, DSBP, MSBP, MDBP(P < 0.05), and the antihypertensive effect of the treatment group is better than the control group(P < 0.05); the treatment group can significantly reduce the NSBP(P < 0.01).2.Both treatment group and control group had significant effect on lowering blood pressure morning peak(P < 0.01), and the reduction effect of acupoint application group was significantly better than that of control group(P < 0.05).3. The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%, the control group was 83.33%, the total effective rate was, P < 0.05, there was statistical significance, the total effect of the treatment group was more significant than that of the control group.4. Individual symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine curative effect comparison, the treatment can improve the dizziness, headache, soreness and weakness of waist and knees, insomnia, forgetfulness and other symptoms, the rank sum test has statistical significance(P < 0.05) and symptom group total effective rate of the treatment group significantly(P < 0.05) than in the control and other individual symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine without statistical significance.Conclusion: The technique of acupoint application has a certain effect on the blood pressure of the patients with essential hypertension, especially blood pressure morning peak.
