| ObjectiveThis topic is about to investigate the clinical feasibility and high efficiency of the Erjian (EX-HN6) bloodletting, a treating method of hypertension suffered overabundant liver-fire. By observing the symptoms and the date, analyzing the clinical chronergy, we are in order to find out a more effective Chinese Tradieion Medical method that could apply in clinical treatment, and those who in fast need to keep blood pressure stable.MethodsWe divided our samples randomly by the Overburden Liver-fire Hypertension intervention method of the Erjian bloodletting (Treatment group) and the oral Captopril (Control group). We get records from observation of the clinical symptoms and data of defined period, contrasting to the record before treatment, then dealing statistically with them by SPSS19. So as to achieve the result of immediate effect of the Erjian bloodletting on hypertension suffered overabundant liver-fire.ResultsThe record antihypertensive effect from the Treatment group and the control group shown no statistic difference (P>0.05), both can effectively reduce the pressure of blood. By comparing the decompression range between the 30min’s, the 1h’s, and the 24 h’s, (P<0.01), we found a significant difference. And the antihypertensive effect compare between the 1 h’s and 24 h’s shown no significant difference (P>0.05) again. That illustrates the Erjian bloodletting antihypertensive effect only works in 30 min-1 h. The antihypertensive impression isn’t evident after 24h. By studying the result, we also find that TCM syndrome is better improved around the Treatment group than the Control group.ConclusionWe found it from the result that the Erjian bloodletting can decompress the blood pressure. The antihypertensive effect mainly concentrated on 30 min-1 h, and can distinctly ameliorate the symptom of liver-fire overabundant. The Erjian bloodletting is simple and suitable for clinical and local clinics with inadequate health care. |
