| Objective:In this study,the patients with functional constipation and type of deficiency of blood were treated with the method of enrich the blood to purge.Through the observation and evaluation of clinical symptoms to make a Objective evaluation of the clinical efficacy of the method of enrich the blood to purge in treating patients with functional constipation and type of deficiency of blood.And provides new clinical data for traditional Chinese medicine to treat the disease,so as to give full play to the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of the disease.Methods:To collect the patients of spleen and stomach disease in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and to include 70 patients who met the diagnostic criteria of functional constipation in clinical studies.They were divided into two groups by random and controlled methods,and 35 cases of traditional Chinese medicine group were given to the decoction of ”enrich the blood to purge”.In the control group,35 cases were given oral lactofructose solution for 4 weeks.Comparison and observation of two groups of patients before and after treatment clinical symptoms points and SP.And followed up 3 months after treatment.Results:1.The total clinical symptom score of the two groups decreased significantly after treatment(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.In the group,the total clinical symptom score was significantly lower than that of control group after treatment(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.2.After treatment,the main symptoms and secondary symptoms of the two groups of patients were improved to varying degrees,among which the rate of disappearance of symptoms in the nature of feces,defecation,A pale face,pale lips,dizziness and palpitations.The treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).3.After the treatment,the average level of SP in the two groups was significantly higher than before the treatment(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.In comparison between the two groups,the level of SP in the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.The results showed that the treatment group was superior to the control group in improving SP level.Conclusion:1.The decoction of “enrich the blood to purge ” is effective in treating patients with functional constipation that type of deficiency of blood,which can significantly relieve clinical symptoms and increase SP,and the overall efficacy is significantly better than that of the Western drug control group.At the same time,the safety is good and the recurrence rate is low,and it is worth further clinical study and promotion.2.The treatment of functional constipation by the decoction of “enrich the blood to purge ” can increase the level of SP and enhance gastrointestinal motivation.At the same time,this mechanism may be related to the regulation of the brain-intestinal axis. |
