Purpose:To observe the clinical efficacy of Anshen Decoction combined with acupuncture in the treatment of yin deficiency and fire-type diabetes complicated with insomnia.Material and method:120 patients with phlegm and blood stasis type diabetes mellitus complicated with insomnia in the Department of Endocrinology and Rehabilitation,Rehabilitation Center of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,2017.5-2018.8 were randomly divided into four groups,30 in each group,divided into control group and treatment group.The therapeutic components were Anshen soup group,acupuncture group,Anshen soup combined with acupuncture group.In the four groups,the application of the original hypoglycemic program was unchanged,the control group did not give other treatments,the Anshen Decoction group took Anshen Decoction,the acupuncture group performed ordinary acupuncture,and the Anshen Decoction combined with acupuncture group used Chinese herbal decoction to combine needles.The treatment of the thorns,the course of treatment for 14 days.The treatment group and the control group were compared to observe the improvement of sleep after treatment and the improvement of symptoms of yin deficiency and anger.Statistical analysis was performed using statistical software SPSS23.0,using the TCM symptom scale to score,observing the improvement of TCM syndromes and improving the situation,and evaluating the effectiveness of Anshen Decoction combined with acupuncture treatment.Results:1.The TCM syndrome scores of the treatment group and the control group: 1 Compared with the control group,the Anshen Decoction combined with acupuncture group had statistically significant differences in improving lumbar and knee pain,dizziness and tinnitus(P<0.05);in improving constipation The difference was significant and statistically significant(P<0.01).There was a statistically significant difference in the improvement of dizziness and tinnitus between the acupuncture group and the control group(P<0.05).2 Compared with the control group,in the total score of the syndrome,the control group(12.52±1.12),Anshen Decoction(10.82±1.59),acupuncture group(10.79±2.04),Anshen Decoction combined withacupuncture group(9.83)±2.14)points;the total scores of the group Anshen decoction group,acupuncture group,Anshen decoction combined with acupuncture group were significantly lower,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).2.Evaluation of TCM syndromes in the treatment group: 4 patients in the Anshen Decoction group,7 effective,8 effective,9 invalid,the total effective rate was 67.8%;3 in the acupuncture group,13 effective,2 effective,Invalid 11 people,the total effective rate was 62%;Anshen Tang combined with acupuncture group recovered 5 people,markedly effective15 people,effective 3 people,invalid 6 people,the total effective rate was 79.3%.3.Treatment group did not evaluate the efficacy: Anshen Tang group recovered 4 people,markedly effective 7 people,effective 8 people,invalid 9 people,the total effective rate was67.8%;acupuncture group recovered 3 people,markedly effective 13 people,effective 2people,invalid 11 people,the total effective rate was 62%;Anshen Tang combined with acupuncture group recovered 5 people,markedly effective 15 people,effective 3 people,invalid 6 people,the total effective rate was 79.3%.Conclusion:Anshen Decoction combined with acupuncture is superior to simply taking Anshen Decoction or acupuncture in the TCM Symptom Scale and clinical efficacy scores.It suggests that Anshen Decoction combined with acupuncture can effectively improve the sleep condition of insomnia patients,and it is worthy of clinical application.
