| Objective:Through the clinical study of Lv Jingshan Anshen Revenge on the Acupuncture Point observe its clinical efficacy,so as to explore a more effective program for insomnia of heart-kidney and kidney-incompatibility.Methods:Sixty-six patients with heart-kidney and kidney-incompatibility who were eligible for inclusion in the outpatient and inpatient departments of the Shanxi Provincial Acupuncture Hospital were randomly divided into Lv Jingshan Anshen Revenge on the Acupuncture Point Group and the ordinary acupuncture group.The treatment group was given Lv Jingshan Anshen Complex.Sleep on the points on the principle thorn;control group to the general acupuncture guidelines thorn;two groups of treatment are daily-times,6 times for a course of treatment,continuous acupuncture 6 days,rest 1 day,a total of 4 courses.The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)scores,main symptom scores of insomnia of heart-kidney-incompatibility,and clinical efficacy evaluation were observed before and after treatment in all groups.All data were analyzed by SPSS 21.0 software.Results:After 4 courses of treatment,the gender,age,and course of disease in the baseline analysis of the two groups were statistically analyzed.The results showed that the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The two groups of data can be compared.The two groups of patients before the treatment of the main symptoms of heart and kidney do not pay,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)score comparison,statistical analysis P> 0.05,the difference was not statistically significant,indicating that the two groups are comparable.The main symptom scores and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)scores after treatment were compared between the two groups of patients.Statistical analysis was performed at P < 0.05.The difference was statistically significant,indicating that Lv Jingshan Anshen Revenge on the Acupuncture Point group.Better improve the patient's sleep status and relieve the patient's insomnia symptoms.In this study,a total of 60 patients were observed.Among them,30 patients were treated with Anshen Remice and acupoints group.After treatment,9 cases were cured,17 were markedly effective,2 were effective,and 2 were ineffective.The effective rate was 93.33%.In the general acupuncture group,there were 30 cases.After treatment,6 cases were cured,11 cases were markedly effective,8 cases were effective,and 5 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate was 83.33%.Statistical analysis P <0.05,the difference was statistically significant,indicating that Lv Jingshan Anshen Revenge on the Acupuncture Point group was more effective than the ordinary acupuncture group.Conclusion:Lv Jingshan Anshen Revenge on the Acupuncture Point has a therapeutic effect on acupuncture and common acupuncture for insomnia with heart and kidney deficiency.However,Lv Jingshan Anshen Revenge on the Acupuncture Point group is more effective than the regular acupuncture group.This group is worthy of promotion in the clinical treatment of heart and kidney incompatibility insomnia. |
