| Objective:To observe the changes of sleep state and blood glucose in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)and insomnia treated by Yiqi Yangyin Anshen Decoction and its safety and efficacy.Methods:Sixty cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus with insomnia from outpatient department or ward were randomly divided into two groups: 30 cases in TCM and western medicine group.Both groups were given hypoglycemic and other basic treatment,on this basis,the western medicine group plus alprazolam,0.4mg / d,the Chinese medicine group plus Yiqi Yangyin Anshen Fang plus treatment,1 on the 1st.7 days for a course of treatment,observed 4 courses,and observed before and after treatment Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)score,clinical symptoms,blood glucose and other indicators change.Results:Chinese medicine group is superior to Western medicine group in improving clinical symptoms of Chinese medicine,especially in reducing fatigue,dry mouth,shortness of breath,thirst quenching,five upset fever and other symptoms;two groups in clinical efficacy of insomnia and PSQI score(P <0.05),and the traditional Chinese medicine group was better than the Western medicine group in improving daytime dysfunction,with improvement in both fasting blood glucose(PG)and 2 hours postprandial blood glucose(2hPG)Better than Western medicine group.Conclusions:Yiqi Yangyin Anshen Decoction for treating T2 DM complicated with insomnia with deficiency of both qi and yin can significantly reduce PSQI score,improve sleep condition and daytime dysfunction,and help control the disease;at the same time,effectively improve symptoms and signs of patients and improve glucose metabolism Confusion,affirmed the Yiqi Yangyin Anshen side used to Qi and Yin Deficiency type 2 diabetes mellitus combined with insomnia clinical efficacy,and lay the foundation for further research in the future. |
