| Objective: to explore the WenYangQian nerves decoction "in the treatment of insomnia clinical observation of rats and mechanism. Methods: met inclusion criteria of 60 cases, insomnia patients were randomly divided into WenYangQian town anshen soup group (group) 30 cases, sweet dream capsule group (control group), 30 cases were using drugs on the corresponding treatment for clinical treatment are 3 weeks. Observed before and after treatment PSQI scale, Chinese medicine with changes of the symptom score. Results: 1. According to "Chinese herbal medicine clinical research guiding principle of the clinical curative effect of standard evaluation comparison, the total effective rate of the treatment group and control group total effectiveness is 96.67% 76.67%, between two groups of clinical curative effect was significant difference (P < 0.01). 2. Compare PSQI period in accordance with, and the therapeutic evaluation and greater 73.34%, with the total effective rate of 100%; The control group, the total effective rate of explicit 6.66% 46.67%; Two groups was statistically significant effect comparative differences (P < 0.05). 3. Total score and all ingredients in PSQI compared two groups, the overall efficacy significant differences experimental than in control group (P < 0.05). 4. In Chinese medicine clinical symptom scores, and the comparative in improving TCM symptoms excels as group total (P < 0.01).Conclusion: WenYangQian town anshen soup can effectively improve the patients to sleep time, in low spirits, lumbar debility, form cold limbs cold, upset, fright, forgetfulness, etc with symptoms also has the obvious curative effect. Confirm the hearts and kidneys, potential factors nerves treatments for insomnia has good clinical applicability. |
