Observation group used the method of the Scalp acupuncture needle (Anshen Xingnao); selected control group of ordinary acupuncture treatment group (Neguan, Sanyinjiao, Taixi, Taichong, Xinyu, Pishu, Shenshu). Once a day, six times a week, every30min, were treated24times. Sleep time observed and recorded before and after treatment, the actual sleep time, sleep efficiency, the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) changes and clinical efficacy.ResultsAfter4weeks of treatment, both groups self-comparison, all P<0.05, significant difference; between the two groups, all P>0.05, no significant differences.ConclusionThe group of Scalp acupuncture needle (Anshen Xingnao) and conventional group have better clinical treatment for insomnia.
