Observation On The Clinical Effect Of Embedding Needles In The Eye Acupuncture Points For Insomni

Purpose:To observe the clinical curative effect of burying needle in eye acupuncture point area in treating insomnia.Material and method:Selection in March 2017 to May 2018 in clinics from hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and conforms to the 60 patients with insomnia were incorporated into the standard,using the random number table method,randomly divided into experimental group and control group,each group patients were 30 cases of test group hole area buried eye needle treatment,main point selected bilateral heart area,orbital buried outside the horizontal thrust needle(0.20×7 mm wujiang city yunlong medical instrument co.,LTD.),24 h control to conventional retaining needle acupuncture(0.35 mm×25 mm to 40 mm suzhou medical supplies factory co.,LTD.),acupuncture four god astute Yin tang sleep Shenmen et al.,the needle was kept for 20 min after getting qi from acupuncture.Once a day,the two groups were treated for 5d for a course of treatment.Results:1.The total PSQI score and various scores(sleep quality,sleep time,sleep time,sleep disorder,sleep efficiency,and daytime function)of patients in the two groups after treatment were less than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05),suggesting that both treatment schemes were effective for insomnia.2.After treatment,the total PSQI score and 5 items of score(sleep quality,sleep time,sleep time,sleep disorder and sleep efficiency)in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).3.At the one-month follow-up after treatment,the total PSQI score and all scores(sleep quality,sleep time,sleep time,sleep disorder,sleep efficiency,and daytime function)of the patients in the experimental group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).4.Compared with the three groups of syndromes after treatment,patients with deficiency of heart and spleen showed more significant decreases in sleep time and total PSQI score(P <0.05).5.During the one-month follow-up after the treatment,the total PSQI score of patients with asthenia of heart and spleen was better than the other two syndromes(P < 0.05).6.The effective rate was 93.33% in the experimental group and 76.67% in the control group,with statistically significant difference(p<0.05).The experimental group was superior to the control group.Conclusion:1.Eye acupuncture point area buries a needle to treat insomnia to have curative effect really.2.Eye acupuncture point area buriedneedle treatment of insomnia effect is better than conventional acupuncture.3.Eye acupuncture point area buried needle treatment of insomnia long-term effect is better than conventional acupuncture.4.Eye acupuncture point area budge needle treatment of insomnia for heart and spleen deficiency type effect more prominent.
