Objective:To observe the clinical effect of intradermal needling at thermosensitive point on subhealthy insomnia.Methods:Sixty-six subjects who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,33 in each group.Based on the previous research,Zusanli,Sanyinjiao and Xinshu were selected as the heat sensitive exploration points of acupoints. The treatment group was given intradermal needle implantation at the heat sensitive point once every 3 days for a total of 8 times. The control group was a blank control group. The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)and Insomnia severity index(ISI)were used as observation indexes.Follow-up 1 month after the end of treatment.Results:1.Total effective rate:About total effective rate, the treatment group accounted for 64.52%,the control group was36.67% after 4 treatments. At the end of treatment, the treatment group accounted for 80.65%%,the control group was 43.33%.The total effective rate of the two groups was significantly different after8 and 4 treatments(P<0.05).2.Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI):(1)Intra-group comparison: After treatment, the scores of PSQI in the treatment group decreased significantly(P<0.05).Sleep time in the control group did not improve significantly,PSQI total score and other factor scores were decreased, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total PSQI score between the two groups at follow-up and at the end of treatment(P>0.05).(2)Comparison among groups:The time of falling asleep in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P < 0.05),and there was no significant difference in total PSQI score and residual factor score(P > 0.05),after 4 times of treatment. There were significant differences in PSQI total score and sleep quality et.after 8 treatments(P< 0.05),but no significant difference in sleep time(P>0.05).3.Insomnia severity index(SIS)(1)Intra-group comparison: The total ISI scores of the two groups decreased before treatment, after treatment for 4 times and after treatment for 8 times, with statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no significant decrease in ISI score at follow-up between the two groups, compared with ISI score at the end of treatment.(P > 0.05).(2)Comparison among groups: After 8 treatments,ISI scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group.(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.Thermosensitivity point of intradermal needle is effective in the treatment of sub-healthyinsomnia.2.Thermosensitive point intradermal needle can improve the sleep quality, sleeping time, sleepefficiency, daytime dysfunction and sleep disorders of sub-healthy insomniacs. The earliestcurative effect is to shorten the time of falling asleep.
