ObjectiveIn this study,we observed the clinical efficacy of intradermal needle combined with moxibustion in treating insomnia caused by heart and spleen deficiency, and compared with common acupuncture combined with moxibustion, using TCM syndrome scores and PSQI score as observation indicators to explore the curative effect of the two groups.difference.The aim is to affirm the effectiveness of traditional Chinese medicine treatment for insomnia, and to provide ideas for exploring the mechanism of insomnia and even other chronic diseases in the skin and spleen.MethodsAccording to the principle of randomized control,60 cases of clinically accepted insomnia diagnosis criteria for insomnia were randomly divided into two groups,30 in the treatment group and in the control group.Moxi.bustion was used as the basic treatment for the two groups of patients. The treatment group was treated with basic therapy combined with intradermal needle therapy, and the control group was treated with basic acupuncture' therapy, twice a week, and 3 weeks for one course. Both groups were treated.2 courses of treatment. In terms of data,SPSS 22.0 software was used for statistical processing. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated by comparing the changes of TCM syndrome scores and PSQI scores before and after treatment.Results1.Baseline data comparison:There was no significant difference in the baseline data of gender, age and duration between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).The two groups were comparable.2.Efficacy assessment analysis:In the evaluation of TCM syndrome score reduction rate.,the total effective rate.of the treatment group was 96.67%,the total effective rate of the control group was 86.67%;the evaluation of the PSQI score reduction rate, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.67%.The total effective rate of the control group was 86.67%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Analysis of clinical symptoms:intradermal needle combined with moxibustion and common acupuncture combined with moxibustion for insomnia caused by heart and spleen deficiency, both groups can improve TCM syndrome and overall sleep quality of patients with insomnia, and intradermal needle combined with moxibustion The group is more effective, especially in reducing daytime dysfunction.ConclusionIntradermal needle combined with moxibustion and common acupuncture combined with moxibustion for insomnia caused by heart and spleen deficiency, both groups can improve the TCM syndrome and overall sleep quality of patients with insomnia, and the effect of intradermal needle combined with moxibustion group is better, especially It is reflected in improving sleep quality, shortening sleep time, improving sleep efficiency, alleviating sleep disorders and reducing daytime dysfunction.
