Based On Data Mining, It Discusses Professor Ling Na's Experience In Treating Infertility And The Rule Of Medication

Purpose:Through data mining method,the collected cases were summarized,Professor Ling Na's clinical experience in treating infertility was summarized,and the medication rule of Professor Ling Na was explored,which provided ideas and methods for clinical treatment of infertility.Material and method:(1)A total of 52 cases of infertility patients diagnosed and treated by Professor Ling Na from November 2016 to December 2018 were retrospectively collected.According to inclusion exclusion criteria,basic information,syndrome differentiation,prescriptions and medicines were screened and sorted out.(2)Data mining method was used to establish the database of medical record data in Excel table,and "Chinese Medicine Inheritance Assistant System(V2.5)" software was used to statistics and analyze the medication rule of Professor Ling Na.(3)To summarize Professor Ling Na's clinical diagnosis and treatment of infertility.Results:This study retrospectively collected 52 cases of infertility patients who were treated and pregnant by Professor Ling Na.They used 95 medicines with a total frequency of 874 times.The results of data mining analysis show that:1.Professor Ling Na's first 12 core medicines for infertility are in descending order: Xiangfu,Cuscuta,Angelica sinensis,roasted licorice,antler gum,orange peel,Atractylodes Rhizoma Atractylodis,Morinda officinalis,Rehmannia glutinosa,Eucommia ulmoides,Poria cocos,Lycium barbarum.2.The top four drugs ranked according to the frequency of efficacy classification were Yang-tonifying drugs(190,21.74%),Qi-regulating drugs(101,11.56%),blood-activating drugs(96,10.98%)and blood-tonifying drugs(78,8.92%).3.According to the four kinds of gas,warm drugs(423,54.23%)were the main ones,sweet drugs(494,36.70%)were the main ones,spicy drugs(408,30.31%)and bitter drugs(314,23.33%)were the second.4.According to meridian tropism,the main distribution was liver(576,27.14%),kidney(377,17.77%)and spleen(375,17.67%).Conclusion:1.Professor Ling Na believes that the basic cause of infertility is liver,spleen and kidney dysfunction.In the course of clinical diagnosis and treatment,phlegm-dampness syndrome,kidney-yang deficiency syndrome and infertility are more common,or accompanied by liver depression.2.According to the results of data mining,Professor Ling Na's commonly used medicines for infertility are Atractylodes Rhizoma Atractylodis,Rhizoma Cyperi,Pinellia ternata,Poria cocos,Pericarpium Citri,Fried Licorice,Angelica sinensis,Cuscuta,Lycium barbarbarum,Morinda officinalis,Eucommia ulmoides,Dihuang,Chuanxiong,Chicken blood rattan,Red koji and Lotus Leaf.Classifying 95 Chinese herbs according to their efficacy is commonly used as Yang-tonifying drugs,Qi-regulating drugs,blood-activating drugs and blood-tonifying drugs.3.According to the results of data mining,Professor Ling Na's medication for infertility was analyzed and classified according to four scents,five flavors and meridians.According to the four kinds of qi,warm drugs are the main ingredients;according to the five flavors,sweet taste is the main ingredient,followed by bitter and bitter taste.According to meridian tropism,it is mainly distributed in the liver,kidney and spleen meridians.4.In the clinical treatment of infertility,Professor Ling Na takes "the seed must first regulate menstruation" as the core,and "the deficiency is supplemented,the reality is purged" as the main treatment principle.Through tonifying the kidney,invigorating the spleen,eliminating phlegm and soothing the liver and relieving depression,we can regulate the diseases and eliminate them so as to form pregnancy.
