Based On Data Mining, Summarize Professor Guo Zhiqiang's Medication Rules For The Treatment Of Infertility Due To Corpus Luteum Insufficiency

ObjectThrough the data mining method,this paper summarizes the medication rules of Professor Guo Zhiqiang in the treatment of luteal phase defect infertility,in order to verify Professor Guo Zhiqiang's idea of using periodic sequential therapy in the treatment of luteal phase defect infertility,so as to facilitate the inheritance of the experience of famous and old Chinese medicine.MethodsThe data mining software of ancient and modern medical case cloud platform and SPSS 22.0 analysis software were used to analyze Professor Guo Zhiqiang were used to analyse 49 cases which were diagnosis of infertility with luteal phase defect and were use TCM periodic sequential therapy,and finally successfully pregnanced.There were 265 visits and 851 prescriptions in total,including the patients' clinical manifestations,tongue pulse information,basic body temperature information and prescription information.Results1.The age of patients is between 21-41 years old,among which the age group of 28-34 years old is the most,35 in total,accounting for 71%.2.The top 6 symptoms are chilly,heavy cold drink,hands and feet is cold,loose stools,cool lower abdomen and frequent night urination.The top 6 symptoms of menstruation are with membrane tissue,breast swelling,cool lower abdomen,loose stools,abdominal pain and less menstruation,accounting for 61.3%of menstruation.3.The top 3 features of tongue are light tongue,dark tongue and teeth mark;the top 2 features of tongue coating are thin white fur and white fur;the top 2 features of pulse are fine pulse(87.76%)and deep pulse(46.94%).4.The frequency of four prescriptions used in the sequential therapy were Lianggu Decoction(29%),Yubao Decoction(29%),Yangxuetiaojing Decoction(27%)and Cupailuan Decoction(14%).5.153 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine with a frequency of more than 50%have 13 kinds of drugs,the frequency is from high to low and the commonly used average dose is angelica(14.99g),dangshen(15.74g),cooked rehmannia(15g),polygonum multiflorum(15g),achyranthes bidentata(15g),wolfberry(15g),dipsacus(20g),cuscuta(15g),epimedium(10.58g),leonurus(15.13g),roasted astragalus(20.8g),chuanxiong(10 28g),cinnamon(9.98g).The four Qi main sources are warm,calm and lukewarm;the five flavours main sources are sweet,pungent and bitter;the meridians are mainly liver,kidney and spleen;the effect sources are reinforce liver and kidney,tonifying the spleen and kidney,promoting blood circulation to restore menstrual flow.6.Based on association rules,the top 10 drug pairs were dangshen-angelica,cooked rehmannia-angelica,cuscuta-dipsacus,cuscuta-polygonum multiflorum,cuscuta-achyranthes bidentata,cuscuta-wolfberry,dipsacus-cuscuta,dipsacus-polygonum multiflorum,dipsacus-achyranthes bidentata and dipsacus-wolfberry,based on the cluster analysis of certain rules,the traditional Chinese medicine is divided into four categories:the first category:nourishing blood and promoting blood circulation;the second category:nourishing kidney and filling essence;the third category:warming spleen and kidney,invigorating spleen and Qi;the fourth category:nourishing Qi and blood,nourishing liver and kidney.Based on the complex network analysis of certain rules,15 kinds of core prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine were obtained,including angelica,dangshen,wolfberry.cuscuta,polygonum multiflorum,cooked rehmannia,achyranthes bidentata,leonurus.dipsacus,epimedium,salvia miltiorrhiza,cinnamon,chuanxiong,roasted astragalus and stir fried atractylodes.7.There are 15 kinds of drugs whose frequency of menstrual use is more than 50%.From high to low the commonly used average doses are salvia miltiorrhiza(15g),dangshen(15g),chuanniuxi(15g),chuanxiong(10g),angelica(15g),zelan(12g),cooked rehmannia(15g),leonurus(15g),zedoary curcuma(15g),red peony(15g),cinnamon(10g),peach kernel(11.89g),safflower(11.89g),roasted astragalus(21.47g),trigone(14.02g).During menstruation,the four Qi drugs are mainly used for warming and calming,the five flavors are mainly used for pungent and sweet,the meridians are mainly used for liver and spleen,and the effects are mainly used for promoting blood circulation and regulating menstruation,moistening intestines and defecating constipation,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis8.There are 15 kinds of drugs with the frequency of more than 50%in follicular period,from high to low,and their common average doses are as follows:polygonum multiflorum(15g),dangshen(15g),angelica(15g),wolfberry(15g),achyranthes bidentata(15g),dipsacus(20g),dodder(15g),polygonatum(15g),leonurus(15g),epimedium(10.29g),ziheche(10.02g),ligustrum lucidum(15g),cooked rehmanniae(15g),chuanxiong(10.1g),roasted astragalus(20.84g).In the follicular phase,the four Qi main drugs are calm,warm and lukewarm,the five flavours main drugs are sweet,pungent and bitter,and the meridians are kidney,liver and spleen,and the efficacy is nourishing liver and kidney9.There are 15 kinds of drugs used more than 50%in ovulation period,from high to low,and the average dosage is salvia miltiorrhiza(24.89g),polygonum multiflorum(15g),dangshen(15g),angelica(15g),wolfberry fruit(15g),achyranthes bidentata(15g),leonurus japonicus(15.04g),dipsacus(20g),notopterygium(10g),cuscuta chinensis(15g),cinnamon(10g),epimedium(11.86g),ligusticum chuanxiong(11.08)g),roasted astragalus(22.22g),rose(11.89g).During ovulation,the four Qi are main warming,calming and lukewarm,the five flavours are main sweet and pungent,the meridians are liver,kidney and spleen,and the efficacy is nourishing liver and kidney,warming yang and promoting blood circulation.10.There are 16 kinds of drugs with a frequency of more than 50%in the luteal phase From high to low,the most commonly used average doses are polygonum multiflorum(15g),yam(15g),angelica(15g),wolfberry(15g),epimedium(10.27g),achyranthes bidentata(15g),dipsacus(20g),cuscuta(15g),raspberry(12g),morinda officinalis(10.01g),suoyang(10g),rehmannia officinalis(15g),dangshen(17.74g),psoralen(14.74g),roasted astragalus(19.33g),amethyst(15.09g).In luteal phase,the four Qi expelling is mainly warm,flat and lukewarm,the five flavors are mainly sweet and pungent,the five flavors are mainly kidney,liver and spleen meridians,and the efficacy is mainly to nourish liver and kidney and kidney yang11.According to the cluster analysis of drugs in four periods of periodic sequential therapy,the main drugs in menstruation were nourishing blood,activating blood circulation,warming kidney,warming uterus and benefiting qi.In follicular period,the main drugs are nourishing liver and kidney,nourishing yin and essence,strengthening spleen and Qi,nourishing spleen and kidney yang,warming yang and Qi.During ovulation,the main drugs are nourishing Yin,nourishing blood,filling essence,warming yang and activating blood,invigorating qi and Promoting Yang,activating blood and warming yang.The drugs in luteal phase are mainly warming kidney yang,nourishing yin and blood,nourishing spleen and kidney yang,strengthening spleen and benefiting qi.Conclusion(1)According to the results of this study:the basic pathogenesis of infertility due to luteal dysfunction is mainly liver and kidney deficiency,spleen and kidney yang deficiency,with liver depression,qi stagnation,blood stasis and cold coagulation;the overall medication is mainly nourishing liver and kidney,warming spleen and kidney,nourishing blood and activating blood,Warming Yang and activating blood,softening liver and dredging liver,which is in line with the pathogenesis of this disease.According to the association rules,the regular medication pairs are mainly tonifying the liver and kidney,balancing the Yin and Yang,which is in line with the pathogenesis characteristics of luteal dysfunction infertility.The clustering of traditional Chinese medicine shows that the main drugs are nourishing blood and promoting blood circulation,nourishing kidney and essence,warming spleen and kidney,warming yang and Qi,supplementing qi and blood,nourishing liver and kidney,which also accord with the characteristics of infertility pathogenesis of luteal insufficiency.(2)Through the summary of the law of periodic sequential therapy,it is found that the menstrual medication is characterized by nourishing blood and promoting blood circulation,removing blood stasis and clearing meridians,warming meridians;the follicular medication is characterized by nourishing liver and kidney,nourishing kidney and filling essence,nourishing spleen and kidney yang;the ovulation medication is characterized by nourishing liver and kidney,warming yang and activating blood;the luteal phase is characterized by warming kidney and filling essence,warming spleen and kidney.(3)In this study,the data mining method is used to analyze the statistical information of drugs.From the perspective of dominant analysis,the conclusion is drawn to verify Professor Guo Zhiqiang's idea of treating infertility due to luteal insufficiency with periodic sequential therapy from the perspective of drug level information.From the perspective of recessive analysis,the conclusion is concluded to summarize the regularity extrapolation,so as to facilitate the experience inheritance of famous and old Chinese medicine.
