ObjectiveThe objective of this paper is to explore Professor Xin-sheng Lai's clinical experience in treating female infertility.MethodsFirstly,the medieal records of Professor Xin-sheng Lai's clinical diagnosis and treatment of infertility were collected and a database was established.Through Microsof't Excel 2019 and rapidminer studio 9.0 softwares for data statistics and data mining,the potential rules of medication use in prescriptions were explored.At the same time,Professor Lai's experience in treating and prescription has been analyzed and organized.Retrieve and download all the literature that met inclusion ang exclusion criteria from CNKI,VIP,CBM,WF.Then establish the database of basic situation,grouping information,acupuncture prescriptions and treatment outcomes.Using software for mathematical statistics and data mining,this paper analyzes the high frequency acupoints,acupoint compatibility and acupoint selection.ResultsIn the end,a total of 243 cases were included,including 174 herbs,and were used for 3711 times totally.The study found that the majority of patients were mostly in the follicular phase and the luteal phase.The causes of infertility patients are mostly ovulation barrier,ovarian dysfunction and fallopian tube problems.71 of the patients had an adverse pregnancy history.According to the diagnosis and treatment records,115 symptoms were sorted out.The top 20 high-frequency symptoms were ranked from high to low:hypomenorrhea,menstrual blood clots,insomnia,dysmenorrhea,bright red menstrual blood,deep red menstrual blood,weak waist,delayed menstrual cycle,fatigue,purple black menstrual blood and so on.Common tongue pictures are pale tongue,white fur,dark tongue,thin fur,yellow fur,red tongue tiP,red tongue and less fur.Common pulse conditions are thready pulse,deep pulse,stringy pulse and so on.Professor Lai likes use herbs in flat most from four properties.And he thinks gan is the most important flavor in treating infertility.From the most to the least,the channel tropism of traditional Chinese medicine used frequently are liver,kidney,spleen,lung,heart,stomach,gallbladder,large intestine,bladder,SAN JIAO,pericardium,and small intestine.Commonly used herbs are:Danggui,Chaihu,Danpi,Chishao,Ejiao,Baizhu,Chuanxiong,Chenpi,Dangshen,Roucongrong,Shudihuang,Shanyao,Yinyanghuo,Huangqi,Fuling,Nvzhenzi,Baishao,Shengdihuang,Xiangfu,bajitian and so on.Among the medicines pairs,Chuangxiong-Danggui,Chishao-Chuangxiong-Danggui and Ejiao-Chuanxiong-Dangshen-Danggui,have strong correlation.Modern literature research has included 147 articles.The study found that modern acupuncture treatment of infertility often has acupoints:Sanyinjiao,Guanyuan,Zusanli,Zigong,Zhongji,Qihai,Shenshu,Taichong,Xuehai,Fenglong,Guilai,Taixi,Mingmen,Ganshu,Pishu,Tianshu,Hegu,Yinlingquan,Zhongwan,Shenque,Ciliao,Baihui,Geshu,Dahe,Luanchao,Neiguan,Diji,Qixue,Yaoyangguan and Fuliu.The selected meridians are mainly slpeen,Ren,stomach.The part of the selected acupoints mostly on lower limbs,chest,back and waist.Through the association rules mining,the correlation between Sanyinjiao,Guanyuan,Zusanli,Zigong and Zhongji is strong.And in the acupuncture treatment of infertility,the distal-proximal point combination is often used.ConclusionThe kidney deficiency leads to infertility.The most commonly used herbs are is warmed up taste Gan and belong to liver meridian.Common herbs are Dangpi,Chaihu,Shanyao,Baizhu,Nvzhenzi and so on.Modern acupuncture treatment of infertility takes Sanyinjiao,Guanyuan,Zusanli,uterus and Zhongji the most.The most suitable acupuncture points belong to spleen,Ren and stomach.The Mu-front acupoints and the distal-proximal point combination are widely used.
