Based On Data Mining Were Retrospectively Summarized Yun-peng Liu Medication Rules For The Treatment Of Infertility

Objective Through the software of experience acquisition / data mining system of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and using data mining technology,the rule of drug use in the treatment of infertility by Liu Yunpeng,a famous Chinese medicine,is summarized retrospectively,which provides a new way of thinking for the treatment of infertility in modern Chinese medicine.A total of 150 cases met the study criteria.Subjects The data of this clinical study are from 2009 to 2011 Jingzhou traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital famous old Chinese medicine Liu Yunpeng treatment of infertility outpatient cases.Methods After standardized treatment of the case data included in the study,according to the patient's name,sex,age,first visit /referral,medical history,symptoms,tongue picture,pulse condition,relevant auxiliary examination,traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis,western medicine diagnosis,TCM syndrome differentiation,treatment method,prescription,the case data of EXCEL database were established in terms of dosage of traditional Chinese medicine,and then the cases of EXCEL were imported into the platform of "famous Chinese Medicine academic thought Mining platform" under "Chinese Medicine experience Collection / data Mining system",and the distribution of four Four properties of traditional Chinese medicine was selected.The distribution of the five flavors frequency,the distribution of channel tropism frequency,the efficacy frequency distribution,the high frequency distribution of traditional Chinese medicine Statistics of drugs,combination of high frequency drugs,association rules of combination of traditional Chinese medicine,tongue pulse frequency statistics,syndrome frequency statistics,analysis on association rules of TCM Syndromes and traditional Chinese Medicine,and so on,were used to find out the rule of drug use in the treatment of infertility by Liu Yunpeng.Results The distribution of four properties of traditional Chinese medicine is: warm(728)>flat(601)> slight cold(484)> cold(196)>slightly warm(169)>cool(32)>hot(18)> Great heat(16)>Great Cold(3).The distribution of the five flavors frequency of the medium was as Alba,Rhizoma Chuanxiong-Angelica,Rhizoma Chuanxiong-Radix Paeoniae Alba,Herba Leonurus-Radix Paeoniae Alba,Radix Alba-Radix Paeoniae Alba,Radix angelicae Sinensis-Radix angelicae Sinensis,Radix Atractylodes-Radix Paeoniae Alba.According to association rule analysis,the combination of confidence > 0.9,support > 0.6 includes angelica-Radix Paeoniae Alba,Ligusticum chuanxiong-Angelica sinensis,Ligusticum chuanxiong-Radix Paeoniae Alba,Herba Leonurus-Radix Paeoniae Alba.In this study,the tongue quality of the patients was mainly red tongue,followed by tongue edge with teeth marks,dark red tongue,light red tongue,light dark tongue;the tongue coating was mainly yellow fur,followed by thin yellow fur,gray fur,Huang Hou fur,less coating;pulse vein sink soft,followed by vein sink.High-frequency TCM syndromes are mainly liver depression and blood stasis syndrome,collaterals stagnation syndrome,liver and kidney deficiency syndrome.High-frequency TCM syndromes are mainly drugs: Rhizoma Chuanxiong,peach kernel,red peony root,Angelica,salvia,red flowers.Licorice root,forsythia,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Rhizoma Cyperi,Caulis trachelospermi,cowherb seed,fennel;core drugs for liver and kidney deficiency: motherwort,dodder,Plantago,Salvia miltiorrhiza,Radix Paeoniae Alba,raspberry,chongweizi,Angelica sinensis,Rhizoma Chuanxiong,Rhizoma Cyperi,Atractylodes,five flavor,Chinese wolfberry.Conclusion(1)Liu Yunpeng,a famous traditional Chinese Medicine,is good at treating Infertility with Qingling.(2)Liu Yunpeng,a famous traditional Chinese Medicine,talks about the treatment of Infertility mainly from the liver,both spleen and kidney.(3)Liu Yunpeng,a famous traditional Chinese Medicine,paid attention to "regulating menstruation" in the treatment of Infertility.(4)Famous old Chinese medicine Liu Yunpeng for the treatment of infertility,including angelica-white peony root,Chuanxiong-Angelica chuanxiong-white peony root,Leonurus-white peony root.(5)Liu Yunpeng,a famous old Chinese medicine,treats infertility.The main types of syndrome differentiation are: liver depression and blood stasis type,cell collaterals stasis obstruction type,liver and kidney insufficiency type,among them,most of the patients have tubal impassability;the basic prescription of liver stagnation and blood stasis syndrome is regulating meridian No.1,The basic prescription of the syndrome is Tongren seed decoction and the basic prescription of liver and kidney deficiency syndrome.
