Research On The Medication Rules Of Professor Sang Gao In The Treatment Of Precocious Puberty In Girls Based On Data Mining

[Objective]By collecting the clinical cases of Professor Sang Gao on the treatment of precocious puberty(PPB)in girls,and using the "Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Auxiliary Platform" to study Professor Sang Gao medication rules,and inherit academic ideas.[Methods]Collected the cases of PPB in girls who visited Professor Sang Gao clinic from March 2020 to January 2022,established a medical record database and import it into a software called "the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Auxiliary Platform(V3.0)".Then carried out statistics on the medication frequency,four qi and five flavors,meridians and efficacy,and also conducted association rule analysis and cluster analysis of prescriptions,by using the software.Finally,summarized Professor Sang’s internal prescription rules for the treatment of PPB,combining the data results with clinical experience.[Results]1.The analysis of the included 148 TCM prescriptions found that heat-clearing medicine were Professor Sang’s most frequently used for treating precocious girls,followed by tonic medicine(mainly nourishing yin medicine),qi-regulating medicine,reducing phlegm and resolving masses medicine,and digestion medicine.2.Through the analysis of association rules,it was concluded that 14 drugs,such as,Rehmannia glutinosa,Anemarrhena,Phellodendri,Bupleurum,Prunella,Baishao,and Biejia,are the core drug groups used by Professor Sang to treat PPB in girls.3.Based on entropy hierarchical clustering analysis,combined with clinical experience,a total of 3 new combinations for the treatment of PPB in girls were obtained,namely:Anemarrhena,Cortex Phellodendri,Paeonia lactiflora,Biejia,Moutan Bark;Anemarrhena,Juhe,Qingpi,Biejia,Bupleurum;Rehmannia glutinosa,Anemarrhena,Biejia,Bupleurum,Moutan Bark.[Conclusion]Professor Sang Gao put forward the academic thought of "Harmony and Stability theory",through clinical summary and thinking.In this study,through the data mining of Professor Sang’s cases of treating PPB in girls,it is concluded that her general medication rule for the treatment of PPB is to stabilize yin and yang,harmonize qi and blood,and soothe the emotions,and her commonly used medicines are heat-clearing medicines,tonic medicines(mainly nourishing yin medicine),qi-regulating medicines,reducing phlegm and resolving masses medicines,etc..The results provide some useful experience for improving the level of TCM clinical treatment of PPB.
