PurposeThe description and analysis of nurses in five hospitals in Shenyang city experience for nurses to multiple-sites practice,to explore the aspiration of nurses to multiple-sites practice and related problems from the perspective of nurses,and to provide reference for the implementation of nurses' multiple-sites practice policy.MethodIn this study,qualitative research was used as the main method of phenomenology,and purposive sampling method combined with snowball sampling method was used to select the subjects.After signing the informed consent,the data were collected by semi structured depth interview,and the data collection and data analysis were carried out simultaneously.Finally,interviews with 11 people,data saturation,pause data collection work.Data analysis using Colaizzi analysis method,and ultimately formed four themes.Results:The willingness of nurses to multiple-sites practice and their perception of multiple-sites practice include the following four themes.The one theme is for nurses to take a wait-and-see attitude towards multi-point practice,including workload,work ability and practical experience.The second theme is that experienced nurses with specialties are more suitable for multi-point practice,including the superiority of specialist nurses,the suitableness of Chinese medicine nurses for multi-point practice and the higher vocational title nurses to have more advantages in multi-point practice.Theme 3 is positive for nurses to practice more,including improving the labor and social value of nurses and reducing the medical burden of patients.Topic 4 has more risks for nurses to practice more,including increasing the difficulty of practicing management,unclear definition of medical risks in practice,imperfect related laws,and lack of protection of nurses' rights and safety.ConclusionIn this study,in-depth interviews were conducted with nurses from five top three hospitals in Shenyang to discuss their willingness to engage in multi-point practice and theperception of the pros and cons of multi-point practice.The results of the study show that most nurses are positively optimistic about the implementation of multi-point practice,and are willing to engage in nurses' multi-point practice in the case of full energy and sound legal protection.Therefore,relevant departments should improve nurses' laws and regulations and establish a strict management system to protect the rights and safety of nurses.In addition,the role of specialist nurses and Chinese medicine nurses should be fully utilized to alleviate the health care needs of the grassroots,promote the development of multi-point practice,and achieve a win-win situation for both individuals and society.
