Background:In recent years, evidence-based care (EBN) more and more attention by the nursing profession, it is an advanced concept of clinical thinking and scientific methods of work to make care decisions more standardized, scientific, and humane. With further research, evidence-based care to community care and discipline, the benefits of patients and nurses also gradually being recognized. The practice of evidence-based nursing care disciplines will face a new era, nursing research and nursing practice will combine the experience of traditional-style care to change, so that care and truly become a research-based disciplines.Chinese medicine nursing care theory and the principle of differentiation is profound, its own characteristics and advantages of domestic and foreign nursing staff has been generally acknowledged and recognized. The Chinese traditional medicine, nursing theory and experience, apply evidence-based nursing practice, to combine both organic, for the promotion of the development of nursing theory and practice has a positive meaning. Meanwhile, the ideological concept of evidence-based nursing care is also injected into the Chinese can make up for inadequate care medicine, Chinese medicine care to speed up the scientific, professional, the process of modernization.Evidence-based medicine in clinical nursing practice nursing in the process, the quality of nursing itself is important, not only have the basic quality of evidence-based nursing practice, but also have a good knowledge of Chinese medicine and practice of reserve capacity. Meanwhile, the application of statistical methods and documentation comprehensive study.Results:Chinese medicine hospital nurses the basic quality of evidence-based practice includes the elements of evidence-based approach, evidence-based knowledge and skills of three elements of evidence-based, evidence-based medicine emotion, evidence-based nursing assessment, on the understanding of the concept of evidence-based care for Evidence-based nursing mastery and application of critical thinking ability, communication skills, information, knowledge and application ability, clinical research and decision-making ability, writing ability to collate and analyze nine sub-elements.Chinese nurses Basic Quality of the evidence-based practice is not optimistic: The first most of the nursing staff know very little evidence-based nursing knowledge; Second, most nurses on evidence-based nursing knowledge and learning have a certain interest and desire, but action of relatively small or there are certain difficulties; Third, evidence-based skills need further improvement. Changing concepts of education and all round view to enhance the training and education of students in the school to continuously improve nursing students evidence-based care in the cognitive level; Second, we must fully understand and master of traditional Chinese medicine and evidence-based nursing care and the difference between and contact, by strengthening the traditional Chinese medicine theory in nursing clinical application, the promotion of Chinese Medicine of the theory and evidence-based nursing and nursing theory of integration and development, play Chinese characteristics and advantages, and avoid weaknesses, so that Western nursing mutual improvement. Third, we should focus on clinical training, Regular training to strengthen and continuously improve the quality of evidence-based nurses.Conclusions:Evidence-based clinical nursing practice, including the basic elements of the quality of evidence-based approach, evidence-based knowledge and evidence-based skills 3 majority. Improve the overall quality of clinical nurses to be adopted evidence-based clinical training, practice and training and school education, efforts to create evidence-based quality training environment and continuously enhancing the quality of evidence-based medicine clinical training of nurses, clinical nurses to further improve service levels.
