ObjectiveTo understand the current situation of combat readiness and the problems in combat readiness training,and to explore the relationship between combat readiness and demographic characteristics;excavating information that is not covered by quantitative surveys through qualitative interviews,using Husserl to interpret phenomenological theory and methods,to explore the psychological experiences of nurses participated in military medical support tasks,the purpose is to extract the problems existing in the implementation of nursing staff and the past effective rescue experience,in order to provide effective reference for other nurses participating in the medical support task in the future,and provide effective reference for better improving the medical support ability of military hospitals.Methods1.Used the methods of literature research,through the literature on the combat ability of nurses and ambulance access CNKI,Wan Fang,VIP and PubMed databases,analysis of the domestic and foreign research status and theoretical basis for the guidance of this study.2.The combination of quantitative research and qualitative research is designed.A questionnaire survey was conducted among the 653 military nurses and non active civilian nurses in 17 military hospitals,based on the general information questionnaire and the readiness assessment scale of military nurses.Data were processed by SPSS21.0 and data processing.Descriptive analysis showed that the measurement data were expressed by mean and standard deviation.Counting data were expressed by frequency and percentage.The analysis methods included two independent sample test,single factor analysis of variance and multiple stepwise linear regression analysis to explore the influencing factors of nurses' ability to combat readiness.A qualitative study using the method of sampling purpose,ask respondents after informed consent,through collection of data on one,semi-structured interviews of 15 qualified nurses in military hospitals,literature interview guidelines,through the methods of observation,interview transcripts and recordings of recorded information.The Colaizzi seven step analysis method was used to arrange and analyze the data,focusing on the feelings of their participation in the treatment of the wounded,and analyzing the psychological experience of the nurses implementing the medical support task.Results1.Status of nurses' combat readiness in military hospital:653 nurses of military hospital readiness score was(127.11±22.81);the group of integrity and consistency of dimensions(16.82±2.56);personal things / physical / psychological preparation dimensions(12.75±1.74);leadership and management support dimensions(20.72±2.97);clinical nursing ability dimensions(27.17±6.00);soldier survival / adaptability dimensions(12.02±3.37),nursing ability of military dimensions(37.63± 10.81).2.The relationship between demographic characteristics and military hospital nurses' combat readiness:Single factor analysis showed that the significant effect of departments?age?title? position?status of children,identity? work experience? salary? decompression? exercise frequency of nurses of military hospital clinical nursing ability(P<0.05);Department,title,age,identity,work experience,salary,decompression,exercise the frequency and field pumping group experience,whether the implementation of significant task of military action against nursing ability was statistically significant(P<0.05);statistically significant effects of age,title,position,regular training of team integrity and consistency(P<0.05);gender,age,identity,work experience,salary,decompression the field,pumping group experience,regular training,exercise frequency,the existence of a major task on the warrior/ability to adapt.Has statistical significance(P<0.05);age,work experience,salary,way to relieve stress,regular training,exercise frequency of individual things / phy sical/mental preparation effect with statistical significance(P<0.05);age,work experience,way to relieve stress,during the period of training has significant impact on the leadership and management support(P<0.05).3.Multiple stepwise linear regression analysis of nurses' ability to combat readiness in military hospitalsStepwise linear regression showed that factors influencing nurses in military hospitals overall readiness for the title,identity,work experience,salary,regular training needs,training frequency,decompression;influencing factors of clinical nursing ability for working age,exercise frequency,stress;influencing factors of nursing ability of military action for the title,identity property,work experience,salary,exercise frequency and decompression;factors affecting the integrity and consistency of the team for regular training;warrior survival/adaptability factor of gender,title,identity,salary,exercise frequency and decompression;personal things/physical/psychological preparation for identity factor work experience,salary,training needs,regular exercise frequency;influence factor of leadership and management support for working life The monthly salary and regular training demand.4.Psychological experience of nurses participating in the task of medical service support(1)The cognitive experience of nurses participating in the task of medical service support.(1)the nurses' feelings on the task environment are: cold / low temperature,hot summer / high temperature,air humidity discomfort,poor condition / material shortage and environmental danger.(2)The nurses think themselves have a readiness is mainly clinical nursing ability,physical quality,psychological adjustment ability,active problem solving,field rescue ability;nurses think own lack of combat readiness capabilities include:military psychological nursing ability,nursing ability and emergency handling ability,psychological quality and other abilities.(3)the quality and ability of nurses who believe in the tasks of medical support are mainly psychological adjustment,physical fitness,military nursing ability,military literacy,the use of new instruments and interpersonal communication skills.(4)the training of nurses is mainly about expanding training contents,strengthening nurses' awareness of preparation,enriching training forms,and providing training opportunities for medical knowledge.(2)The emotional experience of nurses participating in the mission of medical service is mainly: tension and worry,impressive and unforgettable,anticipation and pride,challenge and full force.(3)Nurses' experience of controlling negative emotions in participating in the medical support task mainly includes: establishing correct outlook on life,self suggestion,remembering mission,timely pouring out,establishing social support system and diverting attention.Conclusion1.The level of nurses' readiness ability was the middle level in the military hospital,and the level of nursing ability of military action was the lowest.From low to high,the following are military operation nursing ability,soldier survival / adaptation ability,clinical nursing ability,leadership and management support,personal affairs / body / psychological preparation,group integrity and consistency.2.The factors that influence the combat readiness of nurses in military hospitals are age,professional title,identity attribute,working life,monthly salary,relieving pressure,regular training,frequency of exercise,and major tasks.3.Army nurses by participating in medical support tasks,found their lack of readiness,mainly in military nursing ability,physical quality,psychological adjustment ability,military accomplishment,new instruments,interpersonal communication ability in six aspects such as training needs.At the same time,it provides reference for other nurses to control their negative emotions as a reference,and gives some suggestions for the improvement of the combat readiness training program.
