A Qualitative Study On The Training Experience Of Tumor Specialized Nurses In Zhejiang

Objective:To describe the true feelings and needs in oncology professional nurses training,so as to provide evidences for improving training content and patterns,orientating the career development.through inquiring and interviewing of The fifth tumor specialist nurses in Zhejiang province.Methods:Purposive Sampling Method of Descriptive phenomenology nethod was chosen throuqh the literature review of researches on the training of tumor specialist nurse.After verifying the interviewees,13 eligible oncology professional nurses were selected for face-to face seti-structured in-depth interview.Recording pen was prepared during the interview to record the conversation.The situation of interviewing,body language of the interviewees and some aspects were also recorded.The recording materials were then translated literally into the text materials,double-checked.The next materials were analyzed using Colaizzi Analyzing method.Results:Though repeated reading,analyzing,rethinking,classifying and refining,the following four categories were obtained:1.Tumor specialist nurse training effect is good and fruitful.2.The pressure is larger during the training.3.Good coping mechanism.4.There are still some requirements of specialty nurse training.Conclusion:Due to the needs of social progress,modern medicine and social care system,the tumor specialist nurses need to be further development of our country.Since it started tumor specialist nurse training in Zhejiang province in 2010,cultivation mode and the contents of which have been gradually perfected.The study found that tumor specialist nurse training is effective,training has its necessity and importance,but there are still shortcomings.This training Suggestions based on the needs of the surveyed tumor specialist nurses should appropriately increase theory teaching time,add literature retrieval and evidence-based nursing practice session,refine the "secondary" tumor specialist nurse training,further strengthen clinical practice teaching,so as to enhance the coping styles,strengthen communication,reduce the pressure and learning disabilities of tumor specialist nurses,and improve the training effect.
