purpose In this topic,on the basis of conventional Western medicine treatment,Xiaochengqi Decoction combined with Glauber’s salt acupoint application is used to treat patients with IIO due to damp-heat stagnation syndrome.By observing the patient’s subjective symptoms and changes in objective indicators, explore The efficacy of the method with orally and externally in the treatment of IIO.it is clear that it has a clear effect on the hypersensitive C reactive protein(hs-CRP)and interleukin-6(IL-6)in the serum of patients with IIO,tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),and explore its mechanism.MethodA collection of 63 hospitalized patients diagnosed with IIO due to damp-heat stagnation syndrome from the Department of Spleen and Gastroenterology,General Surgery, and Emergency Department of Wuhu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)from October 2019 to January 2021 were randomly divided into 31 cases in the control group. The control group was given fasting, gastrointestinal decompression, fluid replacement and correction of water and electrolyte disorders,acid-base imbalance, proton pump inhibitors and somatostatin to inhibit digestive juice secretion,broad-spectrum antibiotics to control infection, parenteral nutrition support, and relief if necessary Western medicine treatment such as spasm and analgesia. There were 32 cases in the test group. The test group was given Xiaochengqi Decoction orally combined with Chinese medicine Glauber’s salt for external application at Shenque point on the basis of the treatment of the control group.Xiaochengqi Decoction was decocted in a small amount for multiple times, each time about 50 ml,Four times a day.Glauber’s salt was placed in gauze and applied to Shenque acupoint during external application of traditional Chinese medicine for 4 hours, once a day.The course of treatment was 7 days for both groups.Observation indicators:(1)The time to relieve abdominal pain and bloating, and the time to recover spontaneous exhaust from the anus and defecation.(2)The actual length of hospital stay.(3)There is always efficiency.(4)Changes in TCM syndrome integral, abdominal X-ray,erythrocyte sedimentation rate,hs-CRP,IL-6,TNF-α and other inflammatory factors before and after treatment.Result(1)Baseline data analysis: 63 cases were enrolled in this project. The gender, age,TCM syndrome scores before treatment, abdominal X-ray,hs-CRP,IL-6,and TNF-α levels of the two groups were statistically analyzed.P>0.05,no statistical difference, the two groups are comparable.(2)Subjective curative effect analysis: After treatment, the two groups of patients had significant improvement in subjective symptoms, but the experimental group had more advantages than the control group in terms of relieving abdominal pain, abdominal distension, and restoring spontaneous exhaust and defecation(P(27)0.05).(3)Analysis of objective indicators: There was no statistically significant difference in serum inflammatory factor content between the two groups before treatment, and the levels were equivalent. After treatment, the two groups were compared between the groups and the difference was P(27)0.05,which showed that the difference was statistically significant. The level of serum inflammatory factors decreased in the test group was better than that of the control group;the test group was also better than the control group in terms of shortening the hospital stay(P(29)0.05).The number of positive abdominal X-rays before and after treatment in the two groups of patients was statistically analyzed, and the results were P(29)0.05,which was considered to be not statistically significant. The results showed that both can make the abdominal X-rays negative, but there was no significant difference.(4)TCM syndrome score and curative effect: There is no difference between the two groups before treatment. It is considered that the two groups are comparable. After treatment, the result shows P(27)0.05,which indicates that the test group can better alleviate patient’s symptoms. In the efficacy of TCM syndromes, the total effective rates of TCM syndromes in the test and control group were 90.63% and 70.97%,respectively(P<0.05),indicating that the experimental group had better efficacy.(5)Total effective rate: Comparison of the overall efficacy of the two groups of patients after treatment. The total effective rates of the experimental and control group were 93.75%and 80.65%,respectively.The experimental group was higher than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion1.On the basis of conventional Western medicine treatment, the addition of Xiaochengqi Decoction combined with Glauber’s salt external application Shenque can effectively shorten the time of clinical symptom relief in patients with IIO due to dampheat stagnation, and the clinical effect is positive.2.On the basis of conventional Western medicine treatment, the addition of Xiaochengqi Decoction of TCM combined with Glauber’s salt and external application of Shenque can make serum hs-CRP,IL-6,TNF-α in patients with IIO with damp-heat stagnation syndrome obvious.Decrease, the inflammatory response is alleviated. However, there is no significant difference in the effect of abdominal X-rays compared with conventional Western medicine treatment.3.The selected observation indicators for this subject are objective and reasonable, and the curative effect of the plan is worthy of affirmation.Adverse reactions are rare during the treatment process.
