The Clinical Effect Of Acupuncture In The Treatment Of Swallowing Dysfunction After Stroke

Objective:Through the cases of clinic,observe and analyze the mechanism of the treatment group with acupuncture at acupoints and the control group without acupuncture at acupoints to cure the post-stroke dysphagia(PSD)caused by Pseudobulbar palsy(PBP).Observing the therapy of each group before and after treatment by the changes of selected scale score,explore the best treatment plan for PSD patients with PDB after stroke.Material and method:From December 2017 to December 2018,collect 60 patients with PSD caused by PBP after stroke who meet the inclusion criteria in Brain K1 department of Liaoning Traditional Chinese Medicine Rehabilitation Center as a research object.Using a random number table method,the 60 patients who meet the inclusion criteria were divided into the control group(which only received conventional medication and modern rehabilitation training)and the treatment group(which combined the acupuncture treatment on the basis of conventional medicine treatment and modern rehabilitation training).Both groups received the same routine of medication and the rehabilitation training of deglutition once a day for 6 days in a row for a course of treatment,And rest the 7th day in a period of treatment during the total 4 sessions.In the course of the study,we should carefully observe and analyze whether the sex,age or the past history of the patients will affect the disease,or the two different treatments will affect the curative effect of this disease,and focus on analyzing the mechanism of acupuncture acupoints for the treatment of the disease.Results: 1.In the control group and the treatment group,the score of the Watian drinking water test was reduced after 4 courses of treatment(the lower score of the Watian drinking water indicates that the swallowing function is better).2.In the control group and the treatment group,the score of the Cane island ichiro swallowing evaluation was increased after 4 courses of treatment(the higher score of the Cane island ichiro swallowing evaluation indicates that the swallowing function is better).3.In the control group and the treatment group,the score of the SSA was reduced after 4 courses of treatment(the lower score of the SSA indicates that the swallowing function is better 4.In the control group and the treatment group,the score of the Barthel Index was increased after 4 courses of treatment(the higher score of the Barthel Index indicates that the swallowing function is better).Conclusion: 1.Conventional Western medicine treatment combine swallowing rehabilitation training are effective for PSD after stroke.2.Acupuncture combined with conventional western medicine treatment and swallowing rehabilitation training is effective for PSD after stroke.3.The clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with conventional western medicine treatment and swallowing rehabilitation training on psd after stroke is much better than that of conventional western medicine treatment combined swallowing rehabilitation training.4.Acupuncture at acupoint treatment of this disease has clear curative effect,high safety,strong operability,economical convenience,and little side effects,which is worthy of promotion in clinic.
