Purpose: Based on the conventional medical treatment, observe the difference in clinical efficacy between acupuncture and rehabilitation methods for dysphagia after stroke.Further demonstrate the advantages of acupuncture for the disease.Standardize acupoint selection and operation methods for acupuncture treatment of swallowing disorders after stroke. At the same time,it provides clinical reference for further promotion and application.Method: 50 patients with dysphagia after stroke who met the criteria were randomly divided into 2 groups, namely acupuncture group(25 cases)and rehabilitation group(25 cases). Both groups were treated with basic treatment according to the guidelines for prevention and treatment of cerebrovascular disease in China. The rehabilitation group was treated with conventional swallowing rehabilitation. The acupuncture group selected Tiantu,Zusanli,Sanyinjiao,Fengfu,Qifeng,Lianquan, and Renying.Six treatments per week, with 14 days as a course of treatment, and two consecutive courses of treatment for a total of 28 days.Watian drinking test, pulse oxygen saturation before and after the Watian drinking test, standard swallowing function assessment scale(SSA)scores were given before treatment,2 weeks and 4 weeks after treatment.Blood samples were taken to check the nutritional indicators(albumin, prealbumin)of patients.Clinical follow-up was performed at the end of 6 months after the end of treatment, and the related scales of the two groups of subjects were compared and analyzed.Result:(1)After treatment, the Watian drinking test and SSA scale scores of the two groups of patients were improved(both P<0.05),and the acupuncture group was better than the rehabilitation group(both P<0.05);(2)After treatment, the decrease in pulse oxygen saturation before and after the drinking water test in the two groups was lower than before treatment(both P<0.05),and the amplitude of change was significantly higher in the acupuncture group than in the rehabilitation group(both P<0.05);(3)The total effective rate of swallowing effect in the acupuncture group was 95.7%,which was better than 88.0% in the rehabilitation control group;(4)The albumin and prealbumin values of both groups increased after treatment(both P<0.05),and the acupuncture group was better than the rehabilitation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)Acupuncture treatment can reduce the pulse blood oxygen saturation drop value before and after drinking stroke in patients with swallowing disorders after stroke, improve the patient's own nutritional status, thereby improving the patient's hypoxic state, and reduce complications such as aspiration pneumonia and malnutrition occur.(2)Acupuncture and rehabilitation can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with dysphagia after stroke.Compared with rehabilitation therapy, the clinical effect of acupuncture on dysphagia after stroke is more significant.
