Objective: This topic is mainly of swallowing and hope that through the acupuncture for the treatment of apparatus in the treatment of dysphagia after stroke clinical curative effect of observation,which can give acupuncture treatment of this disease with swallowing therapy instruments provide clinical evidence,mechanism of action of for clinical provide evidence for the selection of appropriate treatment,to dysphagia after stroke patients to provide a more simple,safe and effective treatment.Research methods: In May 2016-02,2017 in sichuan province,Chinese medicine hospital courtyard encephalopathy secco admitted during the period of in 60 cases of dysphagia after stroke patients hospitalized.All patients in the diagnosis of dysphagia after stroke patients with standards and meet eligibility criteria,by eliminating standard screening qualified cases at the same time,using the method of randomized controlled trials,eligible patients in clinic order number 1 to 60,60 cases of using the method of random number points again divided into 30 cases of treatment group and 30 cases of control group,treatment group was treated with acupuncture therapeutic apparatus swallowing,Selection according to the clinical manifestation of dysphagia in patients with different acupuncture points,the main points: pharynx posterior wall,kanazu,Zuo Lianquan,Yuo tian tu,feichi,Yi feng,,Lie que?Zhao hai,and the different acupuncture points with different acupuncture method,bronchial wall,kanazu,nectar points thorn bloodletting,CV 23 straight spines on about 1-1.2 inches,tian tu oblique to the sternum bleed 2-2.5 inch,Feichi? yifeng oblique pharynx ministry through thorn,column short of stab 0.5 inches,Zhaohai,retaining needle acupuncture points including conventional acupuncture parts for 30 minutes,1st row needles every 15 minutes,and each time 1-2 min once a day,a total of 28 days treatment.At the same time cooperate with swallowing therapy instrument for treatment;The control group accepted routine acupuncture method treatment.Results:(1)Basic information: 60 patients with dysphagia after stroke disorder, treatment group 30 cases and control group 30 cases.Treatment group age distribution between the ages of 40-72,the average age of 60.47;14 cases of men,women,16 cases;The control group between the age of 40,72-year-old,with an average age of 61.77;17 cases of men and women in 13.Grouping the two groups in age,gender,height,weight,duration and other basic information is no obvious difference in statistics,comparison(P > 0.05),treatment of the two groups before kubota drinking water test classification and dysphagia evaluation standard in statistical comparison has no obvious difference(P > 0.05).(2)From the point of clinical curative effect,kubota swallowing capability evaluation meth od is adopted to improve the classification after treatment,acupuncture treatment group with swallowing therapy instruments 18 cases were markedly effective,effective 7 cases,5 cases failed,the total effective rate of 83.3% acupuncture group and simple acupuncture control group 10 cases were markedly effective,effective in 11 cases,9 no effect,the total effective70% differences statistically significant(P < 0.05).After dysphagia evaluation standard score,acupuncture treatment group with swallowing therapy instruments basic recovered in 1 case,clearly in 8 cases,improvement in 18 cases,invalid 3 cases,total effective rate 90%,basic recovered 0 cases,control group obviously improved in 7 cases,improvement in 16 cases,7 cases,total effective rate of 76.7%,differences statistically significant(P < 0.05).The resultprove that the two treatments were effective,difficulty swallowing trapped after a stroke and routine acupuncture method with swallowing therapeutic apparatus in the therapy can effectively relieve the symptoms of dysphagia after stroke,improve patient quality of life,this study shows that two groups of patients after treatment,using standard evaluation of curative effect,difficulty swallowing acupuncture with swallowing all effective therapeutic apparatus with simple acupuncture,acupuncture with swallowing apparatus curative effect is superior to the simple acupuncture group(P < 0.05).Conclusion: The patients with dysphagia after stroke for two treatment methods of comparative study found that pure and acupuncture with conventional acupuncture treatment instrument swallowing two treatment methods are effective,but the end result,better treatment effect of swallowing and acupuncture for the treatment of instrument,can significantly improve the patients' swallowing function,improve the quality of life of patients,worth clinical further popularization and application in the future.
