The Therapeutic Effect Of Jiangqi Dayu Decoction On Unstable Angina Pectoris Combined With Anxiety State

Objective:1.To observe the clinical efficacy of treating unstable angina with anxiety by jiang-qi-da-yu-tang Decoction.2.To explore the clinical significance and prospect of the standard treatment of unstable angina with anxiety.Methods: 90 cases of unstable angina with anxiety patients admitted to the department of cardiology of liaoning university of traditional Chinese medicine were selected and their syndrome of TCM is liver Qi stagnation.They were randomly divided into two groups:treatment group and control group.The control group was treated with conventional therapy.On the basis of the control group,the treatment group was treated with jiang-qi-da-yu-tang Decoction.The course of treatment of patients in both groups was 21 d.To compare the score of TCM symptoms,frequency and duration of angina,ST-segment changes of electrocardiogram,sleeping time,Hamilton anxiety scale score before and after treatment.Result: There was no significant difference in anxiety state scores between the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05).The number of angina attack in the treatment group were significantly less than those in the control group,Anxiety score was significantly lower than the control group after treatmnet(P<0.05).The duration of sleep in the treatment group was significantly longer than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in duration of angina attack and ECG between the two groups(P<0.05).Cinclusion:1.Jiang-qi-da-yu-tang Decoction can relieve the frequency of angina attacks in patients with unstable angina complicated with anxiety and liver-qi stasis syndrome,and improve anxiety state.2.Jiang-qi-da-yu-tang Decoction can improve TCM syndromes of patients with unstable angina complicated with anxiety and liver-qi stasis syndrome and increased the amount of sleep..
