Object:Observe the effect of inhalling Xiexiang prescription on clinical efficacy, symptoms of angina score, symptom score and ECG on Phlegm stagnation of the patients with Unstable Angina, evaluate the clinical curative effect of this method. Method:According to trial inclusion criteria, selection criteria in line with a total of 60 cases of patients. Randomly divided into two groups of average in 30 patients, the control group (Conventional Western medicine+oxygen 30min bid) and the treatment group (Conventional treatment+inhalling Xiexiang prescription 30min bid). The control group received dual antiplatelet, anticoagulant, statins and other lipid-lowering therapy. On the basis of the control group, the treatment group on the use of inhalling Xiexiang prescription(Containing:Allium 5g, The stone calamus 5g, Radix Aucklandiae 3g, Dalbergia 3g). Two groups were all treated for one week to observe the change of symptoms of angina, angina symptom score, TCM syndrome score and ECGRessults:The two groups have no statistically significant difference (P> 0.05)in gender, age, comorbidities, angina type, degree of risk stratification, the symptoms of angina scores before treatment and symptom scores. After treatment,both groups improved in angina symptoms and TCM symptoms. The treatment group compared with the control group improved significantly (P <0.05), the difference was significant.However, no significant improvement in terms of the ECG (P> 0.05).Two groups had no serious adverse reactions and side effects during treatment.Conclusion:Inhalling Xiexiang prescription can improve the clinical symptoms of coronary heart disease in patients with unstable angina (phlegm stasis syndrome). As unstable angina (phlegm stasis syndrome) adjuvant therapy, should be widely applied.
