Purpose:To enhance the cardiologists to screen and identify the psychological problems of patients and to give appropriate psychological intervention in order to obtain satisfactory therapeutic effect by investigating the incidence of anxiety in patients with unstable angina and the distribution of traditional chinese medicine syndrome classification and to explore the correlation between anxiety and unstable angina and the main influencing factors.method:The clinical data of patients diagnosed as unstable angina pectoris who were admitted to the Cardiology Center of Liaoning Provincial People's Hospital from May to December 2017 were collected through consultation and access to medical record information,a total of 160 cases,investigate the general condition of the patient,mainly include: gender,age,body mass index,history of coronary heart disease,smoking history,drinking history,family history of coronary heart disease,hypertension,diabetes,cerebrovascular disease,hyperlipidemia,history of percutaneous coronary intervention,history of coronary artery bypass grafting,these patients are treated with syndrome differentiation,two trainers were trained to use the method of conversation and observation to fill in the Hamilton Anxiety Scale which was used to diagnose anxiety,this study used a clinical epidemiological cross-sectional survey method.Results: 1.Patients with anxiety disorders accounted for 40.63% of the 160 patients with unstable angina.2.The main influencing factors of unstable angina pectoris with anxiety include smoking,diabetes mellitus,cerebrovascular disease,duration of coronary heart disease is less than 1 year and 5 to 15 years(including 15 years).3.Qi stagnation blood stasis has 26 patients(40.00%)and blood stasis card has 20 patients(30.77%)which accounts for the highest proportion among patients with anxiety disorder.Conclusion: 1.The prevalence of anxiety in patients with unstable angina is 40.8%.2.Smoking,diabetes mellitus,combined with cerebrovascular disease,duration of coronary heart disease which is less than 1 year and 5 to 15 years(including 15 years)are the independent risk factors for anxiety and can increase the risk of anxiety disorders;Qi stagnation blood stasis and blood stasis patients more prone to anxiety.
