| Objective:Using a combination of clinical observation and statistics analysis,based on unstable angina(UA,obstruction of Qi stagnancy and TanNing)with Ju Zhi Jiang decoction treatment,the group comparison will be established to clear definite clinical effect of Ju Zhi Jiang decoction for UA.It will provide more ideas and methods for the clinical treatment,which will be beneficial to provide reliable basis to the interventional treatment of coronary heart disease for the future of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:From March to October 2017,100 patients with UA(Qi stagnation and TanNing syndrome)were collected in the inpatient department of cardiology department of Shanxi Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital,according to the random number table,the two groups(the treatment group and the control group)of 50 patients.The two groups were the two grade prevention of CHD treatment,the treatment group in the control group based on the service of Ju Zhi Jiang decoction,30 days for 1 courses.Before and after treatment,TCM symptom score scale and angina pectoris symptom improvement scale wee used to compare TCM symptom improvement,angina pectoris improvement.Datas were input by Excel,and datas were statistically analyzed by medical statistics software SPSS 20.Results:1.Comparison of TCM symptoms and overall curative effect:after 30 days of treatment,the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),which showed that more significant clinical efficacy of trifoliate Ju Zhi Jiang decoction combined with conventional western medicine treatment of UA.2.The main symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine:comparison between the two groups,the treatment group control group efficacy in improving symptoms and chest pain(P > 0.05),the treatment group in improving the symptoms of chest tightness,treatment group had obvious advantages compared with the control(P <0.05).3.Comparison of Chinese secondary symptoms:the treatment group in improving the quantity of sputum,shortness of breath,fatigue,heaviness,epigastric distress,sigh the symptoms were significantly better than the control group(P < 0.05),but in theheart palpitations symptom improvement compared to no difference(P>0.05).4.Comparison of angina pectoris curative effect:after treatment between the two groups,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant,showing that there was a significant difference between the two groups in the improvement of angina pectoris,Ju Zhi Jiang decoction combined with western medicine were more effective.5.Two groups of nitroglycerin withdrawal rate among the two groups:after 30 days of treatment,the treatment group nitroglycerin withdrawal rate was 69%,the control group was 67%,two group by rank sum test,P>0.05,in the two groups for nitroglycerin withdrawal had the same effects.6.Comparison of ECG:the two groups in the improvement of electrocardiogram ECG ischemia,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05),indicating that the two groups in the improvement on the effect of ecg.Conclusion: 1.In terms of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms:Ju Zhi Jiang decoction can improve unstable angina pectoris(Qi stagnation and TanNing syndrome)patients with chest distress,shortness of breath,phlegm,fatigue,limb trapped weight,epigastric oppressed,good sigh symptoms.2.Ju Zhi Jiang decoction in improving unstable angina pectoris(Qi stagnation and TanNing syndrome)in patients with nitroglycerin reduction rate and improve lectrocardiogram ischemia has no obvious advantage compared with the control group.3.Ju Zhi Jiang decoction combined with coronary heart disease secondary prevention and treatment of unstable angina pectoris(Qi stagnation and TanNing syndrome)has no obvious dverse reactions,high safety and efficacy,has a broad application prospect,is worth promoting. |
