Based On The Clinical Experience Of Professor Lv Xiaodong In The Treatment Of IPF And The Analysis Of Medication Rules Based On Outpatient Cases

Purpose:In this paper,through the collation and analysis of Professor Lv Xiaodong's prescriptions for the treatment of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis,her clinical experience and academic thoughts are explored and preliminary summarized,which provides more research basis for clinical treatment of IPF.Method:Through the follow-up clinic of 32 clinics of Ming Medical Lane,Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,the outpatient medical records of patients with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis diagnosed by Professor Lv Xiaodong from November 2017 to November 2018 were collected and collated.After entering the Microsoft Office excel,frequency frequency analysis;and then using IBM SPSS Statistics 22,IBM SPSS Modeler 14.2 for cluster analysis and correlation analysis.Results:A total of 47 patients were screened for prescriptions,totaling 119 flavors.The order of occurrence of single-flavor drugs is: licorice,platycodon,almond,Ophiopogon japonicus,Coltsfoot,asters,scutellaria,tangerine peel,medlar,earthworm,cassia twig,armor,scutellaria,salvia,mulberry,angelica,atractylodes;Most of the medications are supplemented with tonifying drugs,relieving phlegm and relieving cough and relieving asthma drugs,relieving table drugs,and clearing heat drugs;commonly used drugs are mainly cold,cold and flat drugs,and the taste of the drugs is mainly sweet,bitter and pungent;Mainly due to the lung,supplemented by spleen,heart,liver and stomach.Cluster analysis showed 9 couples of cluster drugs,5 groups of cluster drugs;Correlation analysis resulted in 9 groups of drugs with higher confidence.Conclusion:1.Professor Lv Xiaodong in the treatment of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis in the clinical trial,with licorice,platycodon,almond,Ophiopogon,Coltsfoot,Aster,Astragalus,Tangerine,Poria,Dilong,Guizhi,turtle shell,scutellaria,salvia,mulberry,angelica,atractylodes are commonly used drugs,the prescriptions are more tonic,phlegm and cough,asthma,antibiotics,heat-clearing drugs,four gases to warm,cold,flat,five flavors with Xin,Gan Mainly suffering.Commonly used drugs are: almond-platycodon,asters-coltsfoot,baibu-schizonepeta,silkworm-chantui,turtle shellr-mulberry,sand ginseng-shihu.The treatment is based on the principle of tonic,phlegm and cough.According to different patients and different clinical symptoms,in Zhisu Powder,Shenqi Baizhu Powder,Shashen Maidong Decoction,Wumei Pills,Linggui Zhugan Decoction,Xiaoqinglong Decoction,Yupingfeng Powder,Buyang Huanwu Decoction,Liuwei Dihuang Pill,etc.on the basis of addition and subtraction syndrome differentiation.2.Professor Lv Xiaodong believes that the IPF pathogenesis is the evidence of the virtual standard.The disease is in the lungs,with the lungs as the center,and the spleen,stomach and kidney are closely related.The standard is mostly phlegm,heat and phlegm.It involves yin deficiency,qi deficiency,lung dysfunction,etc.The treatment is based on the principle of compensatory phlegm and phlegm and relieving cough and collaterals.According to different patients and different clinical symptoms,the treatment of patients with different clinical symptoms,pay attention to changes in patients' mood,in order to achieve the best effect.
