Abstract/Summary:
Objective:Purpose: This study uses the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support system(TCMISS)V2.5,combined with Professor Zhou Zhaoshan’s literature and works,to comprehensively analyze the types of medications, meridians and prescription rules of Professor Zhou Zhaoshan ’ s treatment of interstitial lung disease, and summarize Professor Zhou’s clinical treatment of this disease Experience and academic thoughts provide references for the treatment of interstitial lung diseases with traditional Chinese medicine. Methods:Collect the outpatient Chinese medicine prescriptions of Professor Zhou Zhaoshan for the treatment of interstitial lung disease, enter the TCMISS,and use the data analysis function of the software to perform frequency statistics, association analysis and new prescription analysis on the data. Results:Analyzed and screened 246 prescriptions from 131 patients, with a total of 155 traditional Chinese medicines, with a frequency of4018,among which the top 10 medicines are: fried almonds, tuckahoe, coix seed, earthworm, houttuynia cordata, codonopsis, ephedra, and skullcap,Gypsum,Zhe Fritillaria;in terms of efficacy,no matter the type of medicine and the frequency of medication, the phlegm relieving cough and asthma medicines are the first,of which cough and asthma medicines are mostly, including fried almonds(5.00%)and mulberry bark(2.07%),coltsfoot(1.67%),Ginkgo(1.10%),followed by heatclearing drugs, and diuretic and dehumidification drugs ranked third;the properties of the medicine are mainly cold and warm;the taste of the medicine is mainly sweet, bitter, and pungent;most of them belong to menstruation Lung, spleen, stomach, liver, heart, kidney, bladder.Association rules analysis revealed nine core drugs: fried almonds, tuckahoe, roasted licorice, coix seed, houttuynia cordata, ephedra, gypsum, zhebei, and cicada slough. And there are 113 association rules(dominant drug pairs),of which‘Coix Seed and Fried almond’appearing 170 times in total.Through cluster analysis,16 potential core drug combinations and 8 new prescriptions were discovered.Conclusion:1.The special feature of Professor Zhou Zhaoshan’s medication for treating interstitial lung disease is the use of more light-osmotic dampening drugs, and a small amount of diuretic dampening drugs, and coordinated use to make dampness evil from urination.2.Professor Zhou Zhaoshan’s treatment of interstitial lung diseases is flexible, including phlegm, cough and asthma medicine, dampness medicine, tonic medicine,heat-clearing medicine, etc.Combined with the analysis of drug association rules,it is concluded that Professor Zhou’s treatment of interstitial lung disease includes: relieving cough and phlegm, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, strengthening the body and replenishing deficiency, etc.,but more importantly,‘eliminating dampness’ throughout the treatment of the disease.3.Through Professor Zhou Zhaoshan ’ s medication rules for the treatment of interstitial lung disease,we can see that the main pathological factor of interstitial lung disease is "phlegm".Its formation is caused by the abnormal metabolism of water and fluid.Based on the evolution of this pathological change,Professor Zhou Zhaoshan proposed "preventing the phlegm to treat it",focusing on regulating the imbalance of water and fluid metabolism.4.Through the TCMISS,excavate the prescription rules, compatibility and prescription rules of famous old Traditional Chinese Medicine doctors to treat specific diseases, and use formula exploration methods to summarize the pathogenesis of the disease,so as to provide medical reference on the dialectical basis for the doctors in clinical diagnosis and treatment. And dialectical thinking.
