| This thesis contains literature review and medical records analysis. Literature review includes two parts:etiology and disease mechanism of recurrent aphthous ulcer in traditional Chinese medicine, research progress of RAU in western medicine. The main content of medical records analysis are as follows:Purpose:With the data mining technology we can comprehensively analyze the considering characteristics and academic thoughts of Professor Li Zhenhua. Also we can construct new theory, new methods and new knowledge from Professor Li’s clinical experience. According to this study, clinical experience of famous TCM doctors can be effectively summarized and inherited.Material and methods:The RAU medical records of Professor Li are collected from 2011 to 2015, and then recoded according to the unity of the project format. There are 107 cases in all. With the mathematical statistics and data mining technology, we can do research about the regularity of RAU medical cases. Frequency information among symptoms, syndromes and the legislation, the formulas,can be summarized by descriptive statistics. Use the ways of association rules, such as nonlinear reduced-order, social network, Professor Li’s drug compatibility and considering characteristics can be collected.Results:Data mining results are as follows:There are ten main types among the 107 cases of RAU patients:syndrome of damp-heat obstructing in spleen and stomach, syndrome of liver-stomach heat, syndrome of yin deficiency of spleen and stomach, syndrome of qi deficiency of spleen and stomach, syndrome of exuberance of stomach fire, syndrome of kidney yin deficiency-Hyperactivity of fire, syndrome of fire of liver and gallbladder, syndrome of stagnation of liver qi and spleen deficiency, syndrome of syndrome of accumulated heat in heart and spleen, syndrome of deficiency of heart-spleen. Most syndrome include accompanied symptoms. A total of 177 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine are used, the medicine of high frequency as follows:coptis chinensis, glycyrrhiza uralensis, scutellaria baicalensis, bupleurum chinense DC, rehmannia glutinnosa libosch, Zingiber officinale Rosc. There are 121 kinds of signs reflect the four diagnostic information. Many patients are chosen classical prescription decoction treatment, according to the corresponding syndrome shows the excessive pathogenic factors of these cases to the main condition. RAU is closely related to Internal organs, spleen, liver, gallbladder, kidney and other organs, and heat, qi deficiency, dampness, cold, constraint and other pathological factors; cluster and factor analysis resulting classification is not only signs of the syndrome, but also primary and secondary points, it is beneficial for the analysis of four diagnostic points to accurately grasp the dialectical pathogenesis and syndromes. Come to the preliminary diagnostic programs of RAU syndromes:syndrome of damp-heat obstructing in spleen and stomach based primarily on the stomach distension, loose stool, pain in ulcer, acid reflux, Heartburn, bitterness of mouth, cold in stomach, mouth sticky; syndrome of syndrome of liver-stomach heat based primarily on stomach distension, insomnia, stomach distension, like sighing, chest tightness, scurrying pain, emotional incentives, pain in stomach, distending pain; syndrome of syndrome of yin deficiency of spleen and stomach based primarily on dry mouth, stomach distension, exertion in defecation, dry stool, dry throat, syndrome of deficiency of spleen-qi and stomach-qi based primarily on the pale tender-soft tongue, tongue bearing dental impressions, weak pulse, looking shaohua, anorexia, moderate pulse lack of strength, according to a small secondary little moss, dull pain, abdominal distention after eating; syndrome of exuberance of stomach fire based primarily on dry stool,pain in stomach, pain in ulcer, dry mouth, swollen gums, heartburn; syndrome of kidney yin deficiency-hyperactivity of fire based primarily on the dry stool, sweaty, suffocation in pharyngeal, Pharyngeal; syndrome of fire of liver and gallbladder based primarily on pain in ulcer, anxiousness, acid reflux, Heartburn, bitterness of mouth, swollen gums; syndrome of stagnation of liver qi and spleen deficiency based primarily on loose stool, abdominal pain, borborygmus. The main methods of treatment treatment:fortify the spleen, clear heat, supplement qi, rectify qi, remove dampness, direct counter, flow downward, warm the center, supplement yin. dissolve stasis, dissolve phlegm, promote gallbladder function. The main prescription extract from chinese medicine:Banxia xiexin decoction,Gancao xiexin decoction, Chaihu guizhi decoction, yi guan decoction, Danzhi xiaoyao powder, chai hu shu gan powder, wen dan decoction, zuojin pill, shao yao gan cao decoction, Longdanxiegan decoction, yu nv decoction, qing wei power.data mining showed that the syndrome is closely related with the drug order.Summarizes the main clinical experience and academic thought as follows:The spleen-stomach vacuity is a major cause of RAU; The relevant organs falling out, air-lift disorders are the main disease pathogenesis. Function of spleen and stomach disorders associated with the formation of hot and humid, and qi stagnation, yin deficiency. Therefore, professor Li pay attention to protect the spleen and stomach, restore the function of the spleen and stomach.Conclusion:The results of data mining in general, reflect Professor Li Zhenhua the laws of the clinical treatment of RAU.
